The carbonara tasted stale, the service seemed unenthusiastic but attentive. However, the location was fantastic, the premises were lovely, and the selection was good!

Amazing restaurant, had to return for a second try. Might have to come back to Salerno one day, only for some Al Dente Spaghetteria's delicious pasta and bruschetta...friendly service, busy place, great atmosphere.

Offers only spaghetti based pasta, and tje offering is pretty good. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Salerno. The only challenge which we saw was the overall maintenance of the place wasn't good including the cutlery being broken at places

Well, my understanding of "al dente" is quite different... the pasta was unfortunately very hard, and I can't recommend the bolognese sauce.

02/11/2025: A great little spot for dinner, cozy and inviting, you can feel the great attention to detail. All the products are genuine and locally sourced, and the fresh dishes are mouth-watering. Let Mrs. Enza advise you.
06/10/2025: Typical local cuisine, prepared with love and excellent customer service. One of us doesn't eat gluten and was able to try all the dishes without feeling deprived! The owner and staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home, serving each dish with care and affection. There's also a space dedicated to the sale of artisanal products made by young local artisans, which makes the atmosphere even more special. Delicious dinner in a warm and welcoming atmosphere :)

18/12/2025: Exceptional, just steps from the Paestum archaeological site. A must-try.
15/10/2025: Fantastic. You can eat delicious meat here, perfectly prepared. The desserts are a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. The waiter, Giovanni, is super attentive and friendly. We'll be back for dinner.
