At the suggestion of our hotel reception, we went to Al Cinghiale near the Sant'Antonio convent. We had dinner in a quiet and delightful environment. Typical appetizer, fabulous first course with wild boar and a tasty pizza. To be repeated

Nice genuine restaurant. Try the wild boar ragout and the truly excellent porcini mushrooms. The two of us had a house starter, two first courses, two second courses, a bottle of water and a bottle of wine, house herb bitters and two coffees (better than in Naples I must say) for the sum of €75. Excellent for those who are in Polla to visit the village

05/04/2025: The room is cozy and comfortable. Full of details but clean and tidy, the owners are very nice and the food is excellent. You feel at home in an instant. The sandwiches are huge. The prices are very adequate. I was passing through Cava but it will be a fixed stop on all my trips to the south!
