The name says it all, it's like being at home, I always like to go and the managers are lovely people. I recommend calling and booking as it is often full.

Trattoria molto accogliente, personale gentilissimo e professionale. Piatti della tradizione locale, eccellenti. Da provare assolutamente il guancialino di manzo con polenta, una bontà!

14/06/2025: I have been to Portobello twice to eat with my daughters.. We had a great time.. very kind staff and really excellent food. The first time I had pizza and chips.. the second time I had pasta with speck, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes really super good 👍🏼 and then chips, and sorbet.. I recommend this place I had a great time.

Trattoria da Romana

12/06/2025: A lovely, authentic trattoria amidst a beautiful landscape. We had pasta and various appetizers. Everything was very good and reasonably priced. The ambiance is typically Italian. We felt very comfortable among the locals, away from the tourist crowds at Lake Garda. Many thanks to the friendly and pretty young woman who served us and arranged a wonderful table, even without a reservation.
10/06/2025: Excellent trattoria immersed in the morainic hills, local menu with excellent raw materials, friendly service and relaxing environment, I will return to taste other dishes.
