Incredible tagliatelle with meat sauce! The pasta is homemade, creamy and enveloping ragù. The starter cured meats are excellent and of high quality, as are the capunsei. The portions are perfect. Only note on the cheek, a little lacking in flavor, personally I prefer spicier flavors in long-cooked meats, but it's just personal taste that doesn't call into question the excellent quality of the dish! We will definitely be back even bringing our friends!
