I am from Puglia and after almost a year I returned with my wife for lunch at Al Castello and I brought a couple of friends from Basilicata (also foodies) knowing that I was on the safe side. In fact today, I had the clear feeling that Michele's cuisine has improved even further. Thank you.

Good restaurant... friendly staff... Excellent appetizer, homemade pasta and grilled meat and scamorza.... Excellent quality/price ratio. Recommended

Food Like My Italian Great Aunt Used to Make If you eat anywhere in the Campomarino and Termoli area, you HAVE to eat here. The food is AMAZING – made by the nonna in the kitchen, it made me think so much of my Italian great aunt’s cooking. The staff is friendly, attentive, and patient - if you’re working on your Italian. Eating here is like having a Sunday meal in someone’s home. Wonderful! Make sure that you call ahead for a reservation – ideally at least 1 day in advance. There are maybe 10 tables in the entire place.

Mi sono recato in questo locale dopo che ho provato a prenotare per diverso tempo ma trovavo sempre tutto pieno. Ero curioso di provare dopo aver letto la maggior parte delle recensioni positive. Cibo buono, personale gentile, porzioni nella norma ma a mio parere abbiamo pagato troppo quindi mi dispiace ma non penso di tornarci. In bocca al lupo per tutto e buon proseguimento.

La comida era increíblemente buena y los precios eran extremadamente bajos. Este es un lugar donde los lugareños van a diario. La hospitalidad fue increíble con la asociación de marido y mujer que envía perfectamente la comida de la manera más coordinada. La comida es fresca y muy sabrosa. Aquí solo encontrarás gente local comiendo para que disfrutes de una auténtica experiencia.

I can say that it is my favorite restaurant.. discovered by chance it is always a certainty. I go monthly because it is a welcoming restaurant and they make me feel at home.. Michele the owner is an exquisite person. Highly recommended

29/06/2025: We stayed for a week, the rooms were nice and clean, the food was genuine with home cooking. The structure and the swimming pool were beautiful. The managers Antonio and Nicolina were kind and helpful. The location is a bit out of the way so it is an excellent place for those looking for relaxation and tranquility.
21/06/2025: A special note for Antonio and Nicolina, for their kindness, friendliness and the delicious things they prepared for us to taste the local specialties. Rooms really tastefully furnished and very clean. We will definitely return.

29/07/2025: Seguendo valutazioni TripAdvisor prenotiamo da Adele....beh.....come dice mio marito..... Cosa esiste più del 10 e lode???? Ambiente accogliente....attenzione al cliente ....ma soprattutto amore nei piatti. Siamo ritornati una seconda volta perché non potevamo farne a meno. Peccato sia finita la vacanza...... perché saremmo tornati più e più volte. I piatti sono capolavori per olfatto,vista e gusto. Abbondanti con prodotti di primissima qualità. Il baccalà la fa' da padrone. Una bontà unica....detto da clienti che lo hanno testato ovunque , soprattutto in Portogallo. Siamo stati veramente bene. Se verrete a Termoli dovrete ASSOLUTAMENTE passare da Adele. Uscirete felici ed appagati come non mai. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo UNICO. Bella anche la carta dei vini e oli di una bontà unica. Si vede tanto amore in ogni piatto. Se torneremo a Termoli.....Adele sarà una tappa sicura. Continuate così. Tanta stima per tutto lo staff.
