Looking at the reviews I was on the safe side but I had confirmation in person!! Excellent dinner in a beautiful place, generous and delicious portions, great price!! Unfortunately tomorrow I'm going back to Piedmont otherwise I would have gone back there to eat!!

Il locale molto carino e familiare il personale gentile educato, il proprietario Giovanni una persona squisita, il cuoco Max strepitoso un tagliolino allo scoglio da leccarsi i baffi ed uno al nero di seppia, degno di scarpetta, il prezzo più che ottimo considerando che mi è capitato di mangiare in modo pessimo con il doppio dei soldi. Lo consiglio vivamente.

24/08/2024: The restaurant "Rosso Barrique Enoteca Osteria" was an extraordinary discovery! Chef Simone's cuisine is simply exceptional, each dish is a unique experience combining authentic flavors and high quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for a special evening. Particular praise also goes to Simone's wife, Silvia, very kind and extremely polite, who made our evening even more pleasant with her warm hospitality. I will definitely come back, it's a place that really deserves to be visited several times, also because they continually renew their dishes.

Chef Simone's cuisine is an extraordinary culinary experience, where each dish enhances the authentic flavors of the sea with surprising creativity. The welcoming and refined atmosphere, combined with impeccable service, makes every visit unforgettable. The selection of wines is exceptional, with fine labels that perfectly accompany the fresh fish dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable gastronomic experience in Calabria.

30/12/2024: Everything is very good, from fried to dessert. Very kind staff and very nice atmosphere, slightly more secluded and quiet than most of the other places in the area. Perfect for a quick meal or a snack and with quite low prices.
16/11/2024: My friend and I visited Tropea a few months ago and absolutely fell in love with this place! The food, the atmosphere, the music, the ambiance, the workers, the list goes on! I just cannot shut up about this place, cannot recommend it enough! Best pick me up spot. With love, all the way from Chicago❤️
