Al Cantuccio In Bolzano

Not an ordinary pizza – but one of the best I've ever eaten If you're expecting a classic, standard pizza at Al Cantuccio, you're in the wrong place. The pizza is completely different – unique, creative, special. And that's exactly what makes it so extraordinary for me. If you're open to new flavors and a somewhat unconventional take on pizza, you'll be rewarded with one of the tastiest pizzas I've ever eaten. For me, this is definitely a place that can't be compared to traditional pizzerias – and that's exactly why it's worth a visit. Be sure to book well in advance.

I’ve been traveling around Italy for 15 days now and I’ve ate at least 10 pizzas in 6 different cities so far… I can sure tell Al Cantuccio has, by far, the best pizza in Italy!! Amazingly tasty, I’ve come here again all the way from Brazil just to have this pizza again. When you arrive at the restaurant you will see only locals, that’s a thermometer to a good place to eat, no tourist trap. Vary fair prices by the way, I just loved it

The food is good, better to book

Small restaurant in a remote area... (better to book!) Good food, but very high prices and small portions, and a completely excessive beverage markup... The staff is quite brusque and inattentive! There are better places...

We wanted a quick bite to eat. The restaurant was busy, but we still managed to get a table. The pizza is extremely good... the service was very friendly and uncomplicated. Definitely recommended...

We left Rome to arrive in Bolzano and discover this restaurant/pizzeria, where they serve spectacular Neapolitan-style pizzas. We discovered this place thanks to some relatives and friends from Bolzano and, every time we go up here, we make at least one stop at Al Cantuccio. It's impossible to say which pizza is preferable. They are all truly exquisite, starting with the REGINA, with tomato, basil, buffalo mozzarella and ricotta-filled crust. Also noteworthy is the welcoming and refined environment and the attentive and friendly service of all the staff. SINCERE CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE❣️
