Al Cantuccio In Bolzano

We left Rome to arrive in Bolzano and discover this restaurant/pizzeria, where they serve spectacular Neapolitan-style pizzas. We discovered this place thanks to some relatives and friends from Bolzano and, every time we go up here, we make at least one stop at Al Cantuccio. It's impossible to say which pizza is preferable. They are all truly exquisite, starting with the REGINA, with tomato, basil, buffalo mozzarella and ricotta-filled crust. Also noteworthy is the welcoming and refined environment and the attentive and friendly service of all the staff. SINCERE CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE❣️

Very good pizza, excellent toppings too, light and well-leavened dough, not one that forces you to drink liters of water during the digestive phase. For a Saturday night and a full place, the waiting times were minimal. Courteous and helpful staff. Pets allowed. Truly compliments.

Excellent pizza with high quality ingredients! The pizza is the classic Neapolitan one with a high crust, but you can choose whether to fill it with ricotta or ham... a lot of stuff. The only flaw, you have to be lucky to find parking, but otherwise many, many compliments!

Elegant and modern restaurant. The quality of the pizza is really high. The dough is soft and thick. They also managed to make me excited at the first slice of pizza because of how good it was! Congratulations to the staff!! I will definitely return!

Sono un assiduo frequentatore di questa pizzeria che reputo, insieme alla mia compagna, la mia migliore di tutto l’Alto Adige. Pizza di altissimo gusto, prodotti e condimenti di prima scelta, locale accogliente. Roberto e Matteo molto cortesi, simpatici e disponibili. Tutto eccellente!
