It's a shame because this pizzeria could do much better. The place is very nice but the waiting times after ordering on the weekend are really too long (50 minute wait for 2 pizzas). The dough isn't bad at all either, the crust swells very well, but the pizza arrived still raw, with the crust being rubbery and much heavier. So much so, in fact, that I saw many other guests leave the corniches on their plates. The topping ingredients are not bad, but on one of the pizzas we received "supermarket" green olives, and I expected more from a pizzeria that is defined as "gourmet".

Very very good gourmet pizzas. The staff is friendly and the location is very cozy and beautifully dressed. Only bad note is the waiting time that sometimes can be long given that is a small size restaurant.

The best pizzeria in Bolzano. There are several original and interesting pizzas to try, and the prices are fair. The wait can be long, as can finding a seat without booking in advance. A demonstration of their fame. The environment is welcoming and parking is not difficult.

Tried it on a Thursday evening with a friend, with a mixture of the desire to try a pizza that many speak well of and fear of the waiting times that many complain about. In my case everything went smoothly. Very nice place, well arranged and decorated. Friendly staff, really good pizza and served quickly. Good choice of beers. Prices more than honest. I will definitely return.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! I’ve visited so many times, and each experience just gets better. The vibe is magical—like stepping into a cozy, enchanted forest. The outdoor seating is perfect, especially on a nice day. The people here are wonderful, and the Al Cantuccio girls always make me feel right at home. Special shoutout to Ingrid, Chef Gintare, and Egle for their warm hospitality! Now, the food—where to start? The bruschetta with caramelized onions is my go-to; I could eat it every day! The Caesar salad is perfect, the panna cotta is divine, and I can never get enough of the tiramisu. And if you visit in the summer, you have to try the lemonade with grapefruit. And of course, the mango chai is my absolute favorite! This place is a true gem in Kaunas. Highly recommend it!

One of the best pizzerias in Bolzano. Not too big but welcoming environment. On weekends it's better to book, just as if you want the takeaway service it's best to call as soon as it opens and agree on the pick-up time.

04/01/2025: In the last three weeks I've eaten here a total of six times. The pizzas prepared in the wood-fired oven are all very tasty and have a nice, crispy, thin base. The other dishes on the menu are also extremely tasty. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality of the dishes. I've been a regular here during the ski season for years and always enjoy coming back.
08/10/2024: Amazing place, view like the movies, close, walking distance, to the cable car that goes up to the mountain. The cable car stops at the children's park. Simple and good breakfast with a breathtaking view. Close to the church and at certain hours there is a ringing of bells.

20/11/2024: Miss Maria has a lot of passion and dedication on a more unique than rare professional level towards customers. A super cute smile that makes all customers feel at ease right from the start. Tommaso is the greatest and most professional person in preparing the pizzas.Believe me when you enter here you feel your heart at peace not only for the pizza but for the courtesy and uniqueness of the beautiful person who represents the pizzeria itself. 06/10/2024: The shop is located in the center of Merano and looks inconspicuous, but please read on! Thanks to social media, I came across the “pick-up delivery pizzeria”! I deliberately say “pickup and delivery” because if you expect to eat your food inside like in a restaurant, you are wrong here, but you should be aware of that, which is why I don’t understand some of the comments! Of course you can also eat here, there is space outside! At lunchtime there is pizza al taglio (I can't say anything about that) and in the evening the typical Neapolitan pizza. I have now tested almost all pizzas of this type in South Tyrol and my conclusion: the BEST! It tastes just as delicious as it looks and is absolutely worth the wait (note: if you're picking up a pizza, call ahead as the owners deliver and are apparently quite popular, otherwise the wait is very long)! The price of my pizza was even a little lower than I usually pay and the owner was super friendly! So please don't let the appearance stop you, this is gourmet!
