It was the most satisfying meal of my trip to Europe. The pasta tastes average, but the pizza is really delicious. The dough and cheese are works of art. It tastes really crazy. If anyone is reading this review, please ask me about the brand of burrata cheese used in this store. I'll remember it forever. It's the most delicious cheese I've ever eaten in my life. Please...🥹

The atmosphere is rather simple and small. So you sit a bit close together. However, the pizza is super good. The dessert also tasted excellent. We recommend!

I've been to Dia several times and I must admit that it's always nice to eat a pizza there. Very welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff and the quality of the pizza is always excellent. Rating 10/10

Small but very welcoming pizzeria located in an internal street parallel to Viale Druso. We went right at opening time and the place got crowded quickly, a sign that it is well known and appreciated for the tasty pizzas that are baked by their Master Pizzaiolo. Kudos for well-combined flavors for La Carbonara, La Regina and La Giardino (if I'm not mistaken).

The best Neapolitan pizza in Bolzano, the dough is light and digestible. Friendly service. Correct prices, very in line with the quality of the ingredients.

The historic pizzeria on via Visitazione in Bolzano has had its make-up redone and the facelift has been carried out with great success. The, for me, new environment is in fact very pleasant and furnished with taste and uniformity. The pizza consumed, and equipped with ingredients assembled with originality, was almost excellent, given that the fantastic flavor was partially ruined only in a few bites by the bitter taste of a few too many burns, but this is the risk of wood cooking. The service was quick, efficient, discreet and polite. The choice of beers, qualitatively superior to the Bolzano average, is appreciated and vast. The problems started a few hours later.... In fact, we woke up thirsty and with a swollen belly. Leavening problems....? It can happen but long and unsuccessful digestion annoyingly ruins the memory of a pleasant evening.

At the cantuccio you can eat very good pizza and cuisine, both delicious Friendly staff
