A historic Bolzano restaurant, renovated and redecorated with refined taste, once famous for its classic pizza, now offering gourmet pizzas, with a high crust and good quality ingredients. Service? A bit left to chance.

When I imagine pizza, I only think of Cantuccio pizza. There's no comparison.

Absolutely divine, the best pizza in Bolzano I’ve tried so far! The dough is perfect and they have many different choices. My absolute favourite was the pizza with stracciatella, dried tomatoes and pistachio pesto - it was so delicious, please add it to the regular menu! 😍😍 The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, too. We will be back for sure!

We are passionate pizza lovers and always on the lookout for the perfect Neapolitan pizza – we found it at Al Cantuccio in Bolzano. The dough is wonderfully light and airy, the toppings fresh and flavorful, just the way you want them. Plus, a fair price and friendly, attentive service. A true highlight for pizza fans – we'll definitely be back!

I've been there several times, and I have to admit, it's always nice to eat pizza there. The place is very welcoming, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the quality of the pizza is always excellent. Rating: 10/10

Not an ordinary pizza – but one of the best I've ever eaten If you're expecting a classic, standard pizza at Al Cantuccio, you're in the wrong place. The pizza is completely different – unique, creative, special. And that's exactly what makes it so extraordinary for me. If you're open to new flavors and a somewhat unconventional take on pizza, you'll be rewarded with one of the tastiest pizzas I've ever eaten. For me, this is definitely a place that can't be compared to traditional pizzerias – and that's exactly why it's worth a visit. Be sure to book well in advance.
