Al Buongustaio In Santa teresa di riva

I tried the focaccia and some rustici here on November 3, 2024. Focaccia (various types all at 12 euros per kilo) well toasted and of the right crunchiness with quality ingredients. On rustics you can vary a lot. In addition to the usual arancini, mozzarella in carrozza and pidoni, you can find other innovative fillings (chicken strips, gorgonzola and speck, turnip tops and sausage, etc.). Note of merit also for the service. My girlfriend suffers from food allergies and they did everything to avoid contamination. Definitely coming back.

Last evening in Sicily, as a farewell we needed a nice feast at the Buongustaio! EVERYTHING EXCELLENT, I would say that we really needed a goodbye ❤️

Excellent rotisserie, top quality products, wide choice.

Everything they prepare is excellent, both the rustic dishes and the first and second courses, albeit with little variety. You have to book or not arrive at the last minute because in summer they don't have plenty of the quantities prepared.
