Very friendly staff, excellent pizza.

This evening we had dinner at this pizzeria that I didn't know about. We called very late, but they managed to find us a nice little spot outside. The prosciutto and mozzarella were really good and plentiful. The pizzas were very good, thin and light, and we could choose from a wide variety. The cheesecake they made was really good. I thank the woman who recommended it to me, it's a treasure. We'll definitely be back; the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. We were really satisfied.

Better pizza in Bari… there's no one better!

Let me start by saying that there are places where you can't order pizzas by phone, but only when you arrive. They're very efficient and had them ready for me in 15 minutes. But what surprised me was that they tasted like frozen pizzas, especially when it comes to mozzarella. It felt like eating rubber, and we didn't even manage to finish them.

Buco Preferred has become a regular stop whenever I'm craving a properly made pizza. The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming, the service fast and friendly... but the real reason I always come back is the potatoes on the pizza. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly flavorful, they're the real touch of class. Not the usual potatoes thrown in just for bulk, but a key ingredient that pairs perfectly with any combination. I've tried several pizzas, but the one with potatoes, sausage, and rosemary is simply unbeatable.
