Al Buco Preferito In Bari

Buco Preferred has become a regular stop whenever I'm craving a properly made pizza. The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming, the service fast and friendly... but the real reason I always come back is the potatoes on the pizza. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly flavorful, they're the real touch of class. Not the usual potatoes thrown in just for bulk, but a key ingredient that pairs perfectly with any combination. I've tried several pizzas, but the one with potatoes, sausage, and rosemary is simply unbeatable.

We happened upon it by chance, a table was set for 11 people and we were seated in the blink of an eye. Ordered pizza, excellent, served in a very short time. Excellent experience, congratulations

Small, unpretentious, but cozy restaurant. The pizzas and the eggplant dish were very tasty. Fast and friendly service. The only thing I missed from the menu was the salad.

It was the first time. Good service, attentive and precise staff. Food: land appetizers, well prepared and also well served. Pizza, thin, well cooked and very good. Fair quality/price ratio.

Antipasti classici della tradizione barese e italiana. Ottimo riso patate e cozze e il prosciutto crudo. Le pizze sono eccezionali e molto digeribili, sottile e croccante come l'impasto del "Buco" ma di dimensioni più generose. Esperienza e tradizione da tramandare.

Erano un paio di anni che non cenavo qui e ho trovato la stessa accoglienza, qualche rinnovo nell arredo, ottima pizza ,antipasti deliziosi ma ultimamente ho trovato ovunque degli aumenti che ci sta se c è qualità.
