FOOD 3.5 stars: very good gnocchi with duck ragù. Average gnocchi with apples, Tropea onion and sausage. Very good patanegra steak, 4 stars. Good desserts. Negative note for the bread, brought to the table in a paper bag, with some pieces toasted but not fresh. The mineral water, included in the price, is homemade, with the addition of gas.
Wine list: not very extensive with an imbalance towards a medium-high target.
SERVICE: average, with friendly but not highly professional staff, and not adequate for a cover charge of €5 per person. Nice tables and almost all well spaced, but with tavern-style glasses for water.
ENVIRONMENT: welcoming environment, but inadequate for a €5 cover charge per person. A little noisy environment, with improvable acoustics. Average toilet facilities.
QUALITY/PRICE RATIO: medium-high prices; interesting ratio for the quality of the meat, but medium-low overall, with strong mark-ups on many factors. Cover price of €5 per person is totally inadequate.
CONCLUSIONS: good meat, but otherwise nothing particularly amazing, even if well paid.

This is not a restaurant, but the Temple of Food as Medicine. I don't exaggerate, their skill is not only in the care and mastery of the preparation of delicious and super genuine dishes, but also in the truly high quality of the raw materials that they expertly seek out, find and divinely cook. Very nice place... valid gastronomy offer.
Cutting board with very good cold cuts...unfortunately I can't say the same thing about the cut...not very soft but above all cold like the accompanying mushrooms.
