Cozy place, excellent pizza and polite staff.

This is probably the best pizza I have ever had in my life. The outdoor seating at the back is also stunning.

Excellent pizza, exceptional dough, quality ingredients, and refined, authentic local flavors. The waiters are helpful and friendly, but occasionally absent. The outdoor setting is welcoming and intimate.

A pleasant discovery. The restaurant is located under a rock and creates a truly evocative atmosphere. You'll find high-quality products, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. There's a wide selection, and the restaurant is truly welcoming and has a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. They were able to accommodate our needs and cravings. This was off the menu due to my dietary needs, and it was truly excellent.

Al Borgo, a gourmet restaurant and pizzeria, is located in Roccabascerana, a small town in the province of Avellino. We returned after several years and found a revamped pizza menu, from Veterane to Nuove Proposte, featuring original blends of ingredients and homemade cured meats. The restaurant menu is also appetizing, offering a varied selection of first courses, second courses, and side dishes. Only dessert is limited, but the waiter, a very welcoming and kind young man, explained to us that few customers ask for dessert at the end of the meal, so they opted for a few (and limited) desserts provided by a local pastry shop in Salerno in place of the house (perishable) desserts. Honesty deserves recognition. The location is picturesque, especially the outdoor dining area overlooked by the rock. The entrance to the restaurant is narrow, but the interior is welcoming. Recommended for everyone.
