Came here for dinner, I would recommend calling for reservation as the restaurant fills up quickly and I don't think we would have been seated without a res. Great place to watch soccer as they have a couple of large screens throughout the restaurant to watch. Ordered classic roman food including pastas, suppli, and artichokes - all delicious.

A local spot! We were the only Germans there. We had lunch there, delicious, thin magherita for only €8. Will order pasta next time, because the neighbors' looked insanely cheesy! The chef recommended the lasagna in Italian, which was also very good! Great prices and authentic Italian cuisine! Go there and enjoy! 😽 P.S. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the food, but get the pasta. Pizza is also very tasty, but I'll get it with toppings next time! 💸 Prices are normal/good!

I'd never been here. But despite all the negative reviews that had me a bit wary, I had a wonderful meal last night! Quality food (the steak melted in your mouth, the prosciutto was delicious, hand-cut, the tiramisu tasted fresh that day, the pizza dough was good and light) and the staff were quick and friendly on a Saturday, which is no small feat... I'd gladly return!

Historic restaurant in Ostiense. Thin Roman pizza. Average prices, a bit high for appetizers. Great for large groups.

I came for dinner for six. The restaurant is very large, charming, and quaint, decorated with photos, articles, and poems about Pasolini, and has a lovely terrace overlooking the Tiber. We ordered fried appetizers, which were good but particularly greasy, leaving a lot of oil on our hands and an almost unpleasant taste in our mouths. The first courses were good, average, cooked to perfection and with just the right amount of flavor. The fried fish, however, was worse, both for the frying itself (greasy and not very attached to the fish) and for the smell and taste of the fish, which perhaps wasn't very fresh. Finally, I'd say that €17 for a small bowl of Roman-style tripe is, in my opinion, a bit too much. The tiramisu at the end was good. Overall, a good restaurant, but I wouldn't return as a first choice.

It was truly evocative to have lunch at the table where Pier Paolo Pasolini used to eat.

The people who run the restaurant are admirably great. They solved a problem I had at the gas station across from the restaurant. They're incredibly caring and show concern for others and their problems. With people like that running the restaurant, it's sure to be a great place to eat. Thank you!
