Akademia - Open Kitchen Restaurant In Siracusa

Had dinner at the Akademia restaurant as part of the Unahotel one stay, but I would return even just for dinner. Refined dishes, well executed, but at the same time simple enough to appreciate the various flavours. Very fast, attentive and professional service from Stefano. Compliments to chef Emy Forestieri and the staff.

J'ai mangé de bons plats bien préparés. Service très gentil, donnant des explications. J'ai bien aimé le cadre que j'ai trouvé assez ouvert.
