I want to acknowledge the courtesy and extreme professionalism of this tobacconist. First of all (as far as I'm concerned), it's one of the few places that accepts Amazon returns without labels, always with a smile. It's not easy because the store has to accumulate multiple shipments before the courier can pick them up. And not everyone does that. Plus, the space is perfectly air-conditioned, they're ALWAYS open (even on holidays and late at night), you can make any shipment, the shop is bright, spotlessly clean, and they'll always welcome you with a smile. Even if you pay for a coffee with your debit card!

Nice, polite barista is always available. A piece of advice I give to the barista is that when I ask for a caffè macchiato the milk must always be boiling hot. Next time we'll try again.
