We ended up by chance on January 1st because everything was closed... the reviews were low but we went for it anyway... one of the best pizzas in recent years... delicious... well done guys

The reviews here are sometimes very bad, so I have to give an update here. The service was friendly even though it is December 28th and there is a very large crowd of people. The Tirolese pizza and the pasta with mushrooms and bacon were really extremely tasty. So I can recommend coming here

For the three days that I stayed in Bolzano I always ate here because it is a spacious place for me as I have a very large dog. Exquisite, typical Tyrolean dishes and exceptional desserts. Very very kind, friendly and professional staff. I really enjoyed myself and thank you for accepting Hercules

Tuvimos un buen almuerzo aquí antes de ir a visitar el museo de Otzi. Nos sentamos afuera cerca de la plaza de la Catedral, el servicio fue eficiente. Las cervezas eran buenas y refrescantemente fresco, nuestra comida pasta boloñesa y un plato de Gnochi rojo estaba fuera rápido y sabía bien. Nada malo realmente pero nada por encima del bien honestamente. Nos gustaría comer aquí de nuevo

Locale carino, caldo ed accogliente. Il personale veloce e cortese. Pizze molto buone, ben cotte e non bruciate. Prezzo adeguato. Si trova nella centralissima Bolzano.

15/01/2025: Siamo stati un venerdì sera con prenotazione purtroppo però il nostro tavolo era occupato ed abbiamo aspettato 30 minuti. Per quanto riguarda la cucina sempre all'altezza della situazione. Lo stinco fantastico.
25/09/2024: Da 30 e passa anni frequento l'Alto Adige e la val Pusteria, e questo ristorante mi mancava, questa volta cercando qualcosa di tipico, viaggiando con amici che non conoscevano la zona e soprattutto le specialità della zona, grazie a TripAdvisor ho scoperto questa chicca. Ottimo l'ambiente, il cibo e tutto il resto.
