Excellent restaurant in the historic center of Novara. We've been here twice and were thrilled both times. The food is exquisite, high-quality, and the service is top-notch. We tried the risottos and meat dishes: everything was cooked to perfection. The staff is very friendly and professional. We'll be back again!

Business dinner with colleagues. Recent reviews had us skeptical about our choice. However, it turned out to be a good restaurant in Novara, but not a top-notch one. Service was average, with a few disjointed comments on the bill. The wine and porcini mushroom risotto were highly appreciated. The dishes were average, high quality, and not overly generous. The place is nice, but perhaps there could be better. The polenta was slightly salty, but the donkey meat, typical of Novara, was very good. A colleague really enjoyed the tripe, so it's recommended. In conclusion, a good choice for a business dinner. P.S. The entrée, courtesy of the chef, was highly appreciated.
