Due to a mobility problem, I was looking for a hotel that at least had an elevator to go to the room and after many phone calls I found this hotel. The staff are very kind and always available to help you with everything. The rooms are average, I expected larger, but they have everything. At the restaurant they have a 19 euro menu from the first course to drinks, very cheap and good (don't expect prawns or gourmet dishes) but still good at a good price. I had a good experience, for what I had to do, I stayed there for 15 days, and the price per room is good. Greetings from Trapani Sicily

Having spent an extended period of time staying at the hotel on a half-board basis for work, I feel compelled to leave a more than positive review, starting with the friendliness and professionalism in every aspect, especially the reception, which offered an impeccable, almost family-like welcome. The very good restaurant offers a daily changing menu and excellent quality dishes. The sweet and savory breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. I would like to thank all the staff, especially Fatima, for her kindness, professionalism, and cheerfulness.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The reception is open 24 hours a day. The property offers a paid underground garage (convenient for those who don't want to leave their motorcycle on the street; please indicate this when booking), but there is also ample free outdoor parking available, both reserved for the property and for public use. The property is located between two gas stations, so finding fuel is easy. A pub/brewery is located 200 meters away, offering a wide selection of dinner options. The rooms are charming and clean, with hairdryers and toiletries provided. The mattress is comfortable, although the pillow is a bit thin, but it depends on your sleeping habits; there's an extra pillow in the closet. The window has a roller blind to completely darken the room, a rare feature in hotels. The room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast offers a wide selection of sweet and savory options.

Worth mentioning are the consistently hot water, the excellent breakfast (and even more), and the kindness of all the staff, especially the receptionists. Their smiles are unique! All this, combined with a truly affordable price, makes me definitely recommend this hotel!
