We returned 3 times in 6 days to dine at this restaurant. Our favorite dishes were the starters, as you can see from the photos. Furthermore, all the staff are very kind. Compliments to the chef and managers.

Very elegant restaurant with an impeccable welcome. Excellent food, served quickly, highly recommended. Fantastic value for money. Very friendly owner and staff. Very fresh fish and prepared with great care.

We had lunch as a family with many children in this lovely place. We were immediately surprised by the characteristic and welcoming environment. The courtesy, the availability of the owner in recommending exquisite dishes and the professionalism in favoring the needs of children are the strong points of this restaurant. We thank you for making our Sunday in Trapani pleasant.

A beautiful discovery. Very kind staff, we had lunch in a comfortable and characteristic environment. The cuisine was excellent, I highly recommend it!! We will be back!!

Pleasant place where you feel at ease with kind and courteous staff and a helpful owner, a welcoming and warm environment. We had lunch with a starter, first course and dessert all accompanied with good white wine. Tasty and well-made first courses. Satisfied. Advised.

27/01/2025: I ate some excellent fish dishes. Friendly staff and attentive to customer requests.
28/12/2024: We found ourselves here by chance and had a great time. We ate a Garibaldi starter, fish couscous and busiate with pistachio pesto, prawns and burrata. Very welcoming and clean place. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back.

30/09/2024: Questo, secondo me, è il migliore ristorante di Favignana. Menù molto vario, materia prima ottima, preparazione e presentazione dei piatti super. Si beve anche molto bene. Il personale gentilissimo. Che dite provatelo!!!!!
21/09/2024: Il ristorante Sottosale é un posto magico, dove si ferma il mondo La gentilezza del boss di casa Francesco, la cordialità di Giacomo e Carolina e di tutto il personale si fonde con le stupefacenti creazioni dello chef Marco genere un’alchimia a cui é impossibile restare indifferenti La cucina é una fusione di più culture culinarie peruviane, giapponese (considerata altresì la presenza di due aiuti chef from Japan) toscane piemontesi che danno vita a piatti pirotecnici La tappa é d’obbligo !
