Good food, margarita pizza was delicious. Had the Jewish artichokes as well and they were coooked well and crispy. Service was great.

Very expensive for what you actually get. The baked artichokes and octopus with hummus were very small portions (they didn't even give you half an artichoke); plus, one of the pasta dishes was too salty. Overall, poor value for €50 per person.

What a good place for dinner. We dine here at our first and last night of the Rome city break. Very friendly and yet professional service. The food quality was great but I wanted to point out specifically that tuna meal. It's the best prepared tuna we ever had. By the looks of it I initially thought that it was some posh venison fillets but OMG that was delicious tuna. Well done 👏 Otherwise the place was equally busy on a Tuesday and Friday night. Good service and not surprised. I can highly recommend it 👌

Everything was excellent, the pasta was delicious, especially the carbonara. One of the best restaurants we've been to in Rome. A magnificent experience.

It was empty, but we were very hungry. The food was INCREDIBLE. The amatriciana, carbonara, zucchini flowers, artichokes and carpese were all AMAZING. This is the second time that we've been blown away by an empty restaurant with so-so reviews. This is the best meal we've had IN ITALY this time around. Must not miss.

Appena entrata la prima impressione è che è un locale pulitissimo , donne cordiali e carine. Cibo buonissimo e di qualità. Cacio e pepe molto buona ma anche il primo di mare. Persino le fettuccine al pomodoro squisitissime ….

24/02/2025: Cené por primera vez en Il Colibrì hace unos 8 años. Ahora, cada vez que vuelvo a Roma, debo volver a Il Colibrì tantas veces como sea posible. El restaurante de gestión familiar ofrece platos tradicionales romanos (y más) preparados con ingredientes de alta calidad a precios razonables. Y, el servicio es siempre amable y eficiente. Para mí, esta combinación ganadora no se puede perder!
