My favorite place in all of Agrigento and its province. The cuisine and the menu are a constant surprise, they never cease to amaze me. Superlative dishes and simple but unexpected combinations will make your break an unforgettable experience. The menu offers the same quality both for those who eat fish and for those who prefer meat. The location is a garden of Eden within the chaotic Agrigento. A romantic, elegant, quiet place... I highly recommend you try it. You will not be able to do without it anymore

A lunch served in a garden inside the city. Tasteful dishes with refined and balanced flavors that enhance the quality of the raw materials. The only flaw is that, despite the availability of the staff, access for people with mobility difficulties is not easy.

Wow, great food! Fish was excellent as was the pasta. Traditional Sicilian but creative. Tucked away down a hill in a very hip environment.

We had dinner last night at the restaurant and had a very positive experience. Very helpful waiters, excellent food, excellent Inzolia wine, excellent passito wine that they offered us. Well done, well done

Locale molto suggestivo vicino Viale della Vittoria nel classico tufo di agrigento in un bel cortile verde e alberato. Ambiente giovane ed allegante con ottimo servizio. Cucina basata su prodotti stagionali e del territorio cotti al BBQ con il giusto equilibrio di affumicatura. Dalla delicata tartare di capone, al prosciutto di pecora, dal carciofo alla brace fino alla seppia cotta nel BBQ con macco di pisellini gli antipasti sono una stupenda introduzione. Lo sgombro con erbe di stagione e’ eccezionale ma anche il polpo e la carne sono eccezionali. Buono anche il menù bambini. Varia carta dei vini con ottima qualità. Giusto il prezzo per l’alta qualità di offerta

Abbiamo cenato al ristorante Aguglia Persa assieme ad amici. Esperienza molto positiva. Buona atmosfera, servizio eccellente, cibo molto buono. L'offerta del menù è discreta: sei antipasti, sei primi, sei secondi. I piatti ordinati sono risultati tutti molto buoni. Prima portata: abbiamo ordinato le sarde alla beccafico, con pasta kataifi e scorzetta di arancia caramellata, e anelli di seppie con macco di fave, piatti entrambi buoni ed equilibrati. Seconda portata: maccheroncini con ragù di maialino; codone di manzo (picagna) con patate, cipolla caramellata e patate e pesce spada agghiotta, tutti molto buoni. Piatto della serata la picagna: buonissima. Abbiamo finito con una sfogliatina di crema pasticcera, mela e gelato alla vaniglia. Esperienza da ripetere. Lo consiglio!
