Found by chance... we were looking for a different place from the ones we had the previous evenings, very nice place and the guys who welcomed us were very kind, they let us sit without any reservations... they welcomed us with crunchy smoked vegetables topped with salted ricotta and hazelnuts... delicious! We had second courses and side dishes, tuna in a crust good but raw in the center, in fact I asked for it to be cooked a little more... lentils and cuttlefish good... as well as the pork cheek... we will definitely be back and I recommend it

Made reservations at Aguglia Persa while in Agrigento, and it turned out to be one of those dinners that really sticks with you. The setting is incredibly charming — tucked into a beautiful garden that feels almost hidden — and the service couldn’t have been more warm or welcoming. We tried a handful of dishes and every one of them was spot-on: beautifully cooked, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. Overall, a memorable dining experience and a place I’d happily return to. Saluti.
