Agua Loca In Catania

A place like few others these days. Clean, reliable, punctual, and friendly. Agua Loca is one of the best I've tried so far. I ordered some poke to go. I must say that their willingness to deliver to two different cities had already convinced me to stay a customer, but considering how delicious they are... I'd say even better! The staff is incredibly kind, especially the cashier, Ms. Sara, who is incredibly kind, friendly, and humble. She helped me a lot in placing an order of 5 poke without ever losing her temper. She's a girl worth getting to know personally and wishing him the best in life.

In one word? WOW! Every poke amazes me, every time a feast for the eyes and the palate!

Very nice place, friendly and welcoming staff. Unfortunately, having only had two courses, I can't be completely objective about the food. One course was inedible—the Rompe colchón, truly awful—while the Crazy Rice was delicious. I'll probably return to try a few more courses.

I ordered four poke bowls, but unfortunately one arrived incorrectly. Mistakes happen, but it's rare to find such attentive and friendly service. We called the restaurant right away, and they were extremely kind and helpful, quickly resolving the issue. On top of that, the food was truly delicious, and the poke bowls were fresh and plentiful. I'll definitely be ordering from them again!

Today, for lunch, my wife and I had lunch at Agua Loga in Catania for the first time. We took the advice of the waitress, who, besides being kind and professional, served us sushi and a Mexican dish that were never so good. It should be noted that we are regulars at sushi places. So far, this is the best. Try it and believe it. We'll be back soon, even though we're from Syracuse. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU

In my opinion, it's one of the few places that truly deserves 5 stars overall, both for the quality of the food, the variety, the location, and, above all, the service. We arrived around 6:30 PM, asking if reservations were necessary. The gentleman was very kind, telling us there wasn't a need and that they'd wait for us. They also allowed us to leave a phone charging, which was a great gesture. When we arrived around 7:30 PM, we were greeted immediately. I would have liked to sit in the upstairs dining room, but unfortunately it was closed. I've tried it many times, both for delivery and in-person, and I've always had a great experience. The delivery service is impeccable: on-time deliveries, the food is always hot and well-packaged. They have both their own dedicated app and traditional delivery apps, so ordering is always convenient. I've always had very positive experiences at this place: the first time I was served by a very good and kind woman, while the last time I was served by a young man who was equally courteous and helpful (he just had a small issue with the connection, but nothing serious). The food is excellent: I tried the tortilla tacos for the first time, really good and fresh, with a perfect balance of flavors. I also tried a mango salsa that actually tasted more like honey, so next time I'll choose something else, but it's just a matter of personal taste. As always, I couldn't pass up the sushi, especially the Loco Maki, which I absolutely recommend: it's one of my favorite dishes here. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take a photo, but it was truly delicious: the panko remains crunchy, the salmon on top is very delicate, and it creates a perfect mix of sweet and salty. The price is okay, but the quality is worth it.

We were seated outside: basic tables with paper napkins. The waitress who served us was very attentive to all our needs and requests. We ordered almost immediately and quickly served the two spritzes. Even though the place wasn't particularly crowded (it was Tuesday evening), the service was really slow. We waited about an hour for our orders. The products and ingredients are good quality: we ordered an Angus steak and two sushi courses. The first course was served with fries, not grilled fries (as described on the menu). I still ate them, but I would have preferred that this had been specified before ordering (when I asked, the waitress simply told me they were probably out of stock). The sushi courses were good quality, but based on the "chef's creation" and the image on the menu, I would have expected more than three "creations," which turned out to be fairly ordinary. Overall, it was a good dinner, but at a price of €100, I would have gone elsewhere.

Sin dall’arrivo, la signora Loredana si è dimostrata attenta e premurosa, curando ogni dettaglio e facendomi sentire davvero accolta. Il servizio è stato impeccabile grazie alla cameriera Felisia, gentilissima e sempre disponibile, che mi ha aiutato nella scelta con grande competenza e sorriso. Il piatto che ho scelto, una pokè, è stato semplicemente perfetto: fresco, bilanciato e preparato con maestria da Roberta, la sushiwoman del locale. Si percepisce subito la qualità delle materie prime e la cura nella preparazione.La freschezza del pesce era evidente e ha reso ogni boccone un piacere. Da non trascurare anche l’attenzione all’igiene: i bagni impeccabili e la pulizia generale del locale sono un altro punto di forza. Un’esperienza che consiglio vivamente, tornerò sicuramente!
