07/10/2025: August 2025 We visited The Green Shark for the first time, as it’s local to us. The outside seating area is lovely and creates a really nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, our experience with the service let it down. I ordered a mojito and, after a few sips, found a piece of glass in my mouth. The waiter did apologise and replaced the drink, but the replacement wasn’t great – very strong, with no sugar, and when we asked for soda water they brought tonic instead. We then asked a waitress for sugar to fix the drink, but after 10 minutes she hadn’t come back. When we asked again, she said they only had white sugar. We told her not to worry, as we no longer wanted the drink, and to bring us the bill. Five minutes later another new drink was brought out, unfortunately we didn't drink it as we were ready to leave. The food itself was ok, and the venue really is lovely, but the service unfortunately wasn’t at the same level. Such a shame, as its a great spot. It could have been worse – I could have spent the night in a hospital had I not noticed the glass.

05/09/2025: The place was immense, with tables inside and out and they’re both big seating. The staff were all nice and friendly, very welcoming. The food was great too. We ordered steak and it was juicy and tender. Just take note to ask for recommendation, and you’ll get the best they have. They have so many types of meat and cut available. Even fries have a lot of varieties.
