Wonderful! An excellent culinary experience. Typical local cuisine, like eating at home, but served! Their homemade Albana is also excellent. Davis, the owner and waiter, is a great person. His wife in the kitchen is an excellent chef. Highly recommended!

Dinner is served in a room in the innkeeper's residence or in the small outdoor gazebo adjacent to the wine cellar. The true and immeasurable strength is the quality of the dishes. Very limited selection, based on the season, only traditional dishes cooked as they once were. Appetizers include cold cuts and gnocco fritto (fried gnocchi), friggione (fried bread), tortelli and tagliatelle with ragù, suckling pig cooked in wine, fried rabbit... Everything is very rustic, everything is authentic, something you rarely find.

12/03/2026: I'm in Ravenna for work and in the evening I happened upon this very nice place, the food is worth trying and the service is punctual and discreet.
20/02/2026: If you're passing through Ravenna, stop by Taverna del Molino for dinner. Here's what's on the menu: delicious food, an intimate and peaceful atmosphere, and warm hospitality. We loved it so much we returned the next day, and the experience was as wonderful as the first. The list of dishes we tried: - agnolotti with roast beef sauce - duck breast - cappelletti with ragù - passatelli with cheese fondue - wild boar stew - chocolate cake Everything was amazing! Highly recommended!

08/03/2026: I returned to Ristorante Ai Dossi after the recent change of management, and it was my first time there since. I must say that the quality has remained decidedly high, which is far from a given. We started with an excellent gnocco fritto, truly well-made: light, fragrant, and perfect with cured meats. The seafood risotto was also very good, balanced and rich in flavor. The beef fillet was excellent, made with high-quality meat and cooked to perfection. To conclude, a truly delicious mascarpone, prepared as it should be. The wine list is also noteworthy, with a good selection that makes it easy to find the perfect pairing. Kudos also to the staff: very attentive, precise, and friendly, capable of putting you at ease and providing service with great professionalism. Overall, a very positive experience: the change of management has not diminished the restaurant's identity, which continues to maintain a high standard. I will definitely be back.
