Agriturismo Silipetto In Crucoli

We ate several times at the Silipetto farmhouse. Every time we came back satisfied. The menu is based on a varied starter, two first courses of your choice and two second courses. Or if desired at the customer's request some alternative preferences. The appetizer was truly fabulous and complete. Pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and underwire macaroni with pork sauce. Followed by goat with potatoes and truly sublime cut of meat. All surrounded by a magnificent panorama between sea and hills which makes the whole thing a wonderful picture. The really nice and professional lady Roberta as well as the local cook made our lunch a magnificent experience. Congratulations to all the staff. We will definitely be back!!

Agriturismo Silipetto. This was my favourite farm on my trip to Calabria. The owner Roberta is a great hostess, we felt like we were staying with friends! A great, quiet place with lots of culinary surprises. Self-made pasta, meat, vegetables... the food is organic and made with lots of love. A visit to this secluded place is definitely worthwhile! - It is essential to book a table in advance. Overnight stays are also in a very beautiful Tiny house possible. A place to relax and enjoy the delicacies of southern Italy.

Abbiamo cenato all' agriturismo Silipetto sabato scorso. Il posto è a dir poco un angolo di paradiso. In una delle caldissime sere d'agosto abbiamo cenato all' aperto e ci siamo stati divinamente. Il menù è già predisposto con un' infinita carrellata di antipasti tipici della Calabria jonica: cipuddata, pipi e patate, alici fritte con peperoncino rosso macinato, frittatine di zucchine, patate al forno su letto di formaggi, melanzane e peperoni, tagliere di salumi fatti da loro ricchi di salame dolce e piccante, capocollo, tagliere di formaggi composto da mozzarelline, caciocavallo, e una ricotta delicatissima e buonissima. Già l' antipasto può essere conclusivo del pasto perché è davvero abbondante. Per poter deliziare ulteriormente il palato abbiamo deciso di prendere il primo...le proposte erano: maccheroni al ferretto con ragù di polpettine o tagliatelle ai funghi porcini arrivati direttamente dalla Sila. Abbiamo optato per le tagliatelle...una delizia a due poco... così delicati e allo stesso tempo gustosi...da mangiarne senza sosta. Sembrava una cena in famiglia, due sole tavolate da 8/9 persone e due tavoli da 4. È stata una serata tranquilla, rilassante con grande gioia del palato. Infine ci hanno servito un buonissimo tiramisù al bergamotto accompagnato da diversi assaggi di liquori prodotti da loro tra i quali uno al finocchietto e uno al mirtillo. Consigliatissimo per tutto: ambiente, posto, cucina. Serata top! Il proprietario dell' agriturismo è estremamente gentile e attento e così anche il personale. Super consigliato.

It's always a pleasure to come back

The view is beautiful in a minimal yet functional location. You can enjoy the 360 ​​degree panorama. Ample parking outside. The road to reach the restaurant is narrow and steep, although mostly asphalted. For less experienced drivers it is better not to venture out. Regarding the food, there is nothing to complain about except that you are very hungry otherwise you will be defeated!! Traditional Calabrian dishes prepared with top quality ingredients and by expert hands. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Absolutely recommended.

Excellent discovery, excellent genuine food, very kind and friendly owners, who welcomed us as if they had always known us. We will definitely return, highly recommended
