A lovely walk up the hill, which will whet your appetite even more. We were welcomed by the owners, who showed us their animals in the stable. They then led us into the simple and very welcoming dining room, where we ate a delicious cassoeula with polenta, accompanied by white and red wine. To finish, cheese platters, grappa, amaro, and coffee. All very good and at a very fair price. I'll definitely be back for more and recommend everyone to visit the agriturismo: it's worth it.

The polenta with rabbit is delicious, as are the ribs and the casseula. The cakes are also excellent, especially the pear, apple, and walnut one. Home-style cooking, reasonable prices.

We had lunch outdoors, among bleating ducks, chicks, chickens, and sheep. The food is authentic, the polenta fantastic, and the atmosphere simply authentic.

Wondered up the track to find this place. We ve been fed and served drinks at lunch time and service was amazing and welcoming. Food very good and felt like having a home cooked meal. Loved it!

14/11/2025: When you arrive by train, when getting off in the city, this is the first cafe/restaurant you come across, since you are quite tired, most people just continue on their way inside, you don't even realize you are entering a cafe. The staff at least at the entrance is quite rude, as if they are guards in a prison and not waiters, etc., they shout if you pass the bar, they grab your hand, a very unpleasant experience, because when entering they demand that you immediately go to the bar to order whatever. A very bad experience, because it was not wiped properly I stained my jacket with whipped cream. There are many nice restaurants further along the beach in the town itself, don't go into this first cafe.
05/11/2025: The view in this pub is breathtaking. You could spend half the day here enjoying an Aperol.

02/05/2025: Sempre una sicurezza. El Mercante non sbaglia mai, da anni lo frequento. Vivamente consiglio una visita. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
07/04/2025: porzioni veramente abbondanti; mi riferisco ai primi dove la porzione per uno puo' essere tranquillamente per 2. ho preso le tagliatelle col sugo di brasato (c'era dentro anche il brasato :) ) e l'aggiunta della cannella era fantastica. anche gli antipasti ottimi. servizio veloce e gentile.
