A restaurant surrounded by greenery with a relaxing atmosphere, excellent dishes and top-quality ingredients. We tried most of the dishes on the menu and everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

An excellent lunch in a charming location with a view of the entire Borgo di Subiaco. Extremely friendly staff, delicious traditional dishes. Quick service, and they even recommended places to visit and go during our stay at the Borgo. The restaurant is accessible via a country road, unpaved but not particularly difficult. Furthermore, the journey is short and takes you directly to the parking lot in front of the estate entrance. Also, a special mention goes to the adorable cats who will keep you company during your meal.

Il ristorante Colle Tocci a Subiaco offre cucina tradizionale laziale rivisitata con gusto, in un’atmosfera calda e accogliente. I chose this place by chance, looking on the internet, for a relaxing Sunday with friends and relatives....it was a very pleasant surprise...the place was very cute, clean and welcoming and what can I say about the food...excellent quality, delicious dishes from starters to desserts! All the guys who served us at the table were very kind. A special mention for Mrs. Paola (the owner), a splendid hostess... congratulations for everything. Highly recommended Anna

24/10/2025: The pizza and calzones are truly delicious, with the aftertaste of the wood-fired oven lingering. Perfectly cooked, generous toppings, and a delicious, easy-to-digest dough. Fried foods are delicious, sometimes a little greasy. The staff are incredibly kind and sincere. The atmosphere is homey and welcoming.
