What can I say... We stayed at this agriturismo to celebrate a graduation and were enchanted. A special thanks goes to the owners, Roberto and Stefania, two genuine, friendly, and passionate people who convey all the love they put into their work. Their hospitality truly makes you feel at home. A huge compliment also goes to the staff, always available and smiling, and especially to Gabriel, whose kindness and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable. And last but not least, a round of applause for the chef. His cuisine is truly unique: authentic, creative, and unique dishes, prepared entirely by him. You can taste the care, passion, and research in every flavor. A place truly worth discovering and experiencing. Thank you for making our anniversary so special. All the passion, product research, and experimentation perfectly reflect the love and dedication to the restaurant and business of the owner Roberto and his wife, the attention to detail and the continuous and innovative improvement of a truly "paradisiacal" establishment. Innovation and tradition blend perfectly in a familiar, comfortable, and professional environment (all the young staff are extremely talented, polite, and well-prepared). The care and passion in treating Roberto's farm's typical, home-grown products create a fusion of innovation and tradition, without ever abandoning the passion for the ancient and exceptional, authentic Salento cuisine, a cuisine with aromas, colors, and textures that tantalize all the senses. The exceptional structure and the wonderful location are two elements that guarantee the relaxation that this magnificent agriturismo guarantees. Highly recommended!

I've been coming here for years. The staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are super spacious, and the property is beautiful with an elegant pool. Surrounded by greenery, just a few kilometers from the sea. Ideal for those seeking tranquility. A car is needed to get around.

I've visited this agriturismo several times in the past, though less recently due to various commitments. Everything has always been excellent. During my last visit, which was an invitation, I noticed the place was even more refined, with a lovely sense of space and air even on the hottest summer evenings. It's well-organized with lights and manicured lawns, and the small but well-kept children's area is very important, with games installed on a soft green lawn (lucky them for playing there). The owner, despite his young age, is dedicated and clearly pushes his craft. He has plenty of room for growth. Well done! The new chef, Flavio, is finally the kind of chef who knows how to make gourmet cuisine without exaggerating or ridiculing the ingredients with silly combinations. Finally, colorful dishes with plenty of recognizable flavor that can be broken down on the palate. In short, substance, with study and research, no fuss over photos without real, recognizable flavors. Without taking anything away from the old chefs, of course. The service is up to the task. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Relaxation and quality in the heart of Salento We had a wonderful stay at Agriturismo Paradiso. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished, and the pool is large and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The restaurant in the garden offers truly exceptional dishes, excellent value for money. Special thanks to Roberto and Stefania, our kind and always available hosts. The property is surrounded by greenery, yet the sea is easily reached in 10 minutes by car. We will be back with great pleasure!

If there was a paradise on earth, I think the right place would be this "Agriturismo Paradiso", a very fitting name to describe a location immersed in a suggestive atmosphere where the green of nature, the chirping of birds and the tranquility frame a heavenly structure. A wonderful swimming pool, the excellent and comfortable rooms as well as the very high quality of the food complete the scenario to actually say that you have taken a trip to paradise without unfortunately excluding the possibility of returning to earth. All this is completed by the great professionalism of all the staff and the icing on the cake by the kindness and availability of the owner Roberto, who represents the prototype of the true entrepreneur from Salento.
