I ate one of the best pizzas on this Italian holiday. The dough is soft and light. The ingredients are exceptionally high-quality. Expertly and perfectly balanced. Thanks to Gerardo and the entire team for the passion and daily effort they dedicate to this art-profession.

The pizza was heavy from being cooked in an unstable oven, but the ingredients were of sufficient quality. The meat was very good, as was the cooking and presentation. Ample parking. It's a classic local restaurant. Reasonable price.

12/10/2025: It's a shame the chef didn't show up, there were only two of us in the whole place. The dishes were visually beautiful but the taste was sometimes less than stellar. The wine price was higher than the dinner, which is not at all appropriate.
07/09/2025: We ate divinely, paired with truly top-notch wines; each course was described in detail, as was the wine chosen to accompany it. We had a truly enjoyable evening for my husband's birthday...and we'll definitely be back to try Salvatore's anchovy colatura ☺️

03/09/2025: I really enjoyed it. A welcoming restaurant with excellent food. Prices aren't exorbitant, service is impeccable, and the kindness is endless. Well done. Long live the excellence of the Vallo di Diano! Those who love this land work hard to make it shine. ;)
