Agriturismo Le Site In Corigliano d'otranto

We stayed here this summer and were reluctant to leave. Completely immersed in nature, the rooms are well-kept, the pool is beautiful, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The location is strategic for those who want to visit both the Salento hinterland and the coast. The agriturismo offers light lunch options for lunch, and for dinner there's a set menu featuring delicacies from their garden. Highly recommended, also for its value.

Beautiful location and impeccable service. I tried it in the evening in the summer and the atmosphere was truly welcoming and well-presented, including the service. Highly recommended for anyone stopping in Salento for a short getaway or a long vacation!

For several years now, during our holidays, we have taken the opportunity to dine several times at this splendid farmhouse. We can only give 5 stars for everything: food, service, location because we really like it very much. Thanks to everyone and to the very talented Rosa who always welcomes us with great cordiality and friendliness. We will see you next season.

I went there for dinner. The setting was beautiful and well-maintained. The vegetables were incredibly fresh (you can tell they're homegrown, not supermarket-grown). The pasta was homemade, not processed. The dishes were simple but truly excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the service was prompt. The price/quality ratio was excellent. I'll definitely be back with a group of friends.

I've been coming to Salento for years, and no place compares to this paradise. Surrounded by greenery and peace, maintained with care and love; the staff are incredibly friendly, and the food is divine. Fresh vegetables cooked beautifully, and pasta is among the best I've ever eaten!!! My friends and I had a wonderful time and we recommend everyone to come and enjoy this enchanting corner of Salento.

This is our third time at Agriturismo Le Site in Corigliano d'Otranto, and that says it all: we usually love discovering new places, but here we always feel at home... and every time it's a pleasure to return. This year, we were truly in need of relaxation, so we chose a room with a whirlpool tub, a sensory shower with chromotherapy, and a private patio: simply wonderful, tastefully furnished, and with a cozy reading nook. The pools are a true gem: one for the little ones, a large one for everyone, and a special one with a waterfall and whirlpool. All surrounded by palm trees and a manicured lawn, with loungers and umbrellas that offer relaxation from the very first glance. Breakfast by the pool is a unique experience, as is lunch, where we always enjoy fresh salads prepared with produce from their garden: authentic flavors that we can only savor here. Dinner is also made with home-grown ingredients, and you can taste it: excellent quality at truly affordable prices. The location is strategic: Otranto and Gallipoli are just 30 minutes away, and the most beautiful beaches in Salento are just a few minutes further. The property even provides beach umbrellas for the public beach, a much-appreciated touch. A special thank you goes to all the staff, without exception: we felt pampered and at home thanks to Antonio, the owner, along with Lucia, Sara, Rosa, Elena, Pippo, and Daniela. Their company and invaluable advice for beaches, the boat tour, and the visit to the Flying Castle of Corigliano made our vacation even more unforgettable. La vacanza nel Salento ha superato le nostre aspettative proprio grazie all'agriturismo Le Site. Posizione strategica per visitare le due coste salentine, quella Adriatica è quella Jonica, nonché i meravigliosi paesi come Lecce, Otranto, Galatina, Nardò, Gallipoli e perché no Corigliano d'Otranto con il suo imponente castello centro di moltissimi eventi culturali. L'agriturismo Le site è curato nei minimi dettagli, con una favolosa piscina attrezzata di ombrelloni e sdraio a disposizione degli ospiti, tavolo da ping-pong, calcio balilla e un bar a bordo piscina. La gestione è familiare tanto che ci si sente coccolati come a casa, ogni giorno ci consigliavano una meta diversa in base al meteo, ai diversi gusti e alle nostre richieste. Le stanze sono arredate con gusto e molto comode, doccia e bagno spaziosi, materasso e cuscini molto confortevoli, nella stanza è presente un piccolo frigo utile nel periodo estivo. Ogni giorno vengono fatte le pulizie della stanza interamente e se necessario cambiati gli asciugamani, la colazione servita a bordo piscina accontenta tutti i gusti, dal dolce al salato ma il pezzo forte sono le marmellate di loro produzione, oltre che buonissime molto originali. Infine per concludere una nota va fatta al ristorante, il menù è fisso e questo a nostro avviso garantisce l'alta qualità della loro cucina, si inizia con antipasti del giorno molto ricchi, con verdure di loro produzione e sfiziosità locali, i primi sono di pasta fresca fatta in casa e c'è una discreta scelta di secondi piatti a base di carne o vegani. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo sia del ristorante che dell'agriturismo è molto soddisfacente! Consigliatissimo e garantito! P.S. Il pranzo di oggi al ristorante Le Site è stato un vero piacere per il palato. L’ambiente elegante ma accogliente crea l’atmosfera ideale per gustare ogni portata con calma. Ho apprezzato particolarmente l’antipasto, delicato e ricco di sapore, seguito da un primo piatto ben bilanciato nei sapori. La qualità degli ingredienti si percepisce chiaramente, tutto era fresco e ben cucinato. Il servizio è stato professionale, con personale gentile e attento ai dettagli. Ottima anche la selezione dei vini, perfettamente abbinati ai piatti proposti. Il dolce ha chiuso in bellezza un’esperienza gastronomica molto soddisfacente. Consiglio vivamente Le Site a chi cerca cucina di qualità e un servizio impeccabile.
