Today, October 26th, I went for lunch and was very surprised to find two new dishes: the egg yolk cooked at a low temperature and the excellent trappitara pasta, but the chicken and desserts were also excellent. The place was also welcoming and clean, with parking and a small garden.

This place made me happy...the food was divine! The hot and cold appetizers are out of this world! The bread and olive oil are truly exceptional! The arrosticini are so soft and delicious. Super fast service, great organization! It was a truly wonderful discovery and we will definitely be back!

Every course was a true delight, prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Our guests were speechless, and it was difficult to choose the best dish, because each course was better than the last! On a day I wanted to be perfect, Enea exceeded every expectation, making us feel pampered and the center of attention. His team is equally professional and friendly, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. All this was complemented by entertainment by Luca D'Intino, who made everything even more magical, fun, and unforgettable! On September 13th, we celebrated my son's wedding in this wonderful place. As a Salento native, I was absolutely delighted. The lunch was delicious. Enea, the owner, was attentive to every tiny detail. Federica, a delightful, sociable, and welcoming person. The staff were incredibly kind. I highly recommend it to everyone. It's a shame I'm so far away, but I'll definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything. You're absolutely fantastic.
