Agriturismo La Villanella In Massa lubrense

We stayed for three nights at the Villa Lubrense for the last part of our honeymoon and can't recommend it enough. Amidst the bustle of the Amalfi and the rest of the Gulf, this hotel is quiet and restful and would be great for both a weekend retreat or a longer-term stay. Its location is unbeatable, with amazing views of the Gulf, Vesuvius and Naples. There is a small, rocky beach that is about a 15 minute hike down the rock face. By the beach are a few restaurants (the one we went to had the best pasta we had in Italy). It's also easy to get to the Bagni Regina Giovanna (a must-see and worth the 30 min walk from the Villa - or 20 mins if you take the bus to Capo) and to Sorrento (about 15 mins by bus which costs 2 euro and comes every 20 mins). If you feel comfortable renting a scooter, it would definitely be recommended, as the bus is not fully reliable - make sure you note where the bus stops are. Overall we had no issues though. I also want to specifically thank Fabiola for the wonderful service. After a difficult day (and a mistake on my part) we arrived late and Fabiola stayed late and picked us up herself - it saved our honeymoon and I'll always remember the gesture!

The complex is beautiful, our room was not good, lots of background noise and old, breakfast was often simply empty, a ten-minute wait for a roll, sausage out... If you love breakfast, it's terrible. ADDITION, ADDITION: For the last three days, a different person has prepared breakfast, and lo and behold, there was sausage and eggs... The response to my hotel review, that we were late for breakfast, is not true; we were at breakfast between 8:10 and 9:30.

Beautiful property and staff. Fabiola, the manager, went above and beyond. Everything was great and the breakfast staff and food was excellent! Grazi mille!

The rooms are small but cozy and clean. Anything you don't like will be compensated by the wonderful staff and the divine view.

Just got back 🙁 Lovely place, good breakfast and spotless rooms!! Kind and friendly staff!! The view is incredible, Naples and Vesuvius on one side and Ischia and Capri on the other. The pools are also great after a day at the beach!!

An enchanting place with a breathtaking view, and a convenient pool bar for whatever you want to drink or snack on. The hospitality is top-notch, with Fabiola always available, kind, and ready to offer advice for an unforgettable vacation. I recommend it to everyone.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to advise us on what to visit in the area. The breakfast was rich and delicious, the perfect start to the day. We spent a wonderful weekend in an enchanting location, surrounded by greenery. The entire staff welcomed us with an excellent welcome, and the cleanliness of our room was commendable. My fiancé and I vacationed at this stunning property for 12 days. We lived a dream retreat in one of their wonderful, fully-equipped and comfortable bungalows, even for extended stays. In addition to fully-equipped bungalows with kitchenettes, the property also offers breathtaking hotel rooms with sea views, which we visited in April. What can I say? If you stay here, you'll be surrounded by olive trees, plants, roses, and the sea. Everything is meticulously cared for, down to the smallest detail, and wherever you look, you'll be surrounded by spectacular views. And what about the staff? Super friendly, helpful, and accommodating to any need, starting with Eduardo, Alessandro at the pool bar (because the property also includes access to two splendid panoramic pools in the summer), and last but not least, the wonderful Fabiola, whom I thank again from the bottom of my heart for all her kindness and helpfulness. We've now been guests of the property (in Siena) and will return often. VILLA LUBRENSE is not recommended, MORE.
