We must always keep in mind that the "SUPER MEAT," the kind that is almost always impossible to find at your trusted butcher, properly aged and with the right balance of fat, visible from the tiny streaks... etc., has been served here for over 25 years. It's rigorously cooked over wood and then, as a final step... a secret of innkeeper Fortunello. The result is simple: you could almost cut 7/10 cm of Florentine steak with a fork.

A thoroughly successful evening!
We were able to spend a wonderful evening in a fantastic setting. The atmosphere was stylish and inviting – just the right place to escape from everyday life. The food was outstanding: tastefully prepared, lovingly presented, and simply delicious. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional – we felt well looked after throughout. The excellent value for money is particularly noteworthy. Overall, a very successful evening that we would gladly repeat. Highly recommended!

Located at the bottom of the valley (hence the name of the place) it wins you over with its outdoor tables (in summer), friendly staff and the festive atmosphere mixed with the smell of grilled food, a prelude to great meals.
And in fact it is, you eat everything very well.
Appetizers (enormous and very well fried seasonal courgette flowers)
First courses (abundant), meat and grilled food (excellent and at good prices), and also homemade desserts.
After dinner I also tasted a super mandarin liqueur!

Excellent service, very friendly and welcoming staff. The attention to immediately telling us that the portions were generous was greatly appreciated: this allowed us to taste different dishes without waste. The place is really beautiful and well-kept. An experience to definitely repeat!
