We stayed at this farmhouse for the weekend after the mid-August holiday, what a truly beautiful discovery. We ended up in one of the new rooms, excellent cleanliness, tranquility. Mr. Maurizio and all the staff are very kind and always available for any need. Truly spectacular swimming pool and very well organized with very comfortable loungers. The food was all excellent, impeccable quality, the homemade pastas were really good, I liked the possibility of being able to choose between sea and land. Just a very small note, a greater variety in breakfast would have been appreciated, they are already preparing for the mini bar. Really a nice place, we'll see you soon.

Wonderful location, well looked after, wonderful swimming pool always extremely clean, comfortable well kept rooms, clean restaurant and delicious food, welcoming staff, very kind, helpful... 5/5 on everything! I will be back very often.

~20km from Rome, Bracciano, Fregene, Fantastic farmhouse located on high ground, quiet and restful, swimming pool only for rented guests, renovated, clean room, new bathroom, air conditioning, the only flaw is there is no mini fridge. Breakfast included, excellent tart 😋. You can book. freely lunch and/or dinner, homemade food, truly excellent! Honest prices. Family run, kind and friendly, very helpful. Wifi ok
