Agriturismo La Fontana dell'Olmo In Molini di triora

We had lunch here on Easter Monday 2025, having reserved tables well in advance. The dining room was completely full, leaving many walk-ins unable to find a seat. The restaurant at the Fontana dell'Olmo clearly enjoys an excellent reputation. This excellent reputation was then confirmed by the set (surprise) menu offered to guests. Four starters on one plate, followed by a first course, a second course, and dessert, including water, house wine, and a digestif. The food was typical of the area and of the highest quality; the wine was impeccable. And all at a reasonable price. Silvia, the heart and soul of the house, even accommodated my wife's gluten intolerance. The atmosphere was informal, the service attentive, friendly, and courteous. This is what guests expect, and they are happy to return.

Exceptional farmhouse in an enchanting location. Each dish is cooked with ingredients produced by the farm. Very honest price and very friendly staff.

Fantastic discovery.... Service and location typical of the Ligurian hinterland... Very nice and kind owner! Truly excellent food and everything is homemade at best, even the wine, bread and digestives

The restaurant is large and characteristic, the food is very good, typical Ligurian cuisine, fixed menu which changes as they cook with seasonal and local products, friendly and helpful, I recommend booking (lunch only on Sundays)... we were very well recommended

We had lunch on December 29th, the agriturismo is enchanting, warm and romantic atmosphere. Silvia welcomes everyone as friends, transmitting all the passion and love that she and her family put into the work they do. And now we want to talk about the food: simple and excellent at the same time, I would call it a culinary experience! It really deserves to stop and stop again to try the products according to the seasons! For me it is 5 in total, I have not seen the rooms but I think they can only reflect the agriturismo. Congratulations!!!

What can I say, excellent, five stars truly deserved, you can savor the true flavors of Ligurian cuisine, everything at the top from starters to dessert, highly recommended.

Locale accogliente con bellissime volte in pietra. Antipasto misto (composto da sardenaira, torta di verdure, formaggio e insalatina di patate, finocchi e olive), ravioli di ricotta e bietole e spezzatino di maiale e polenta. Tutto ottimo, è stato un dispiacere dover avanzare il secondo perchè ero troppo piena! La titolare super disponibile a trovare soluzioni alternative per i bambini. Torneremo sicuramente!
