I was extremely impressed by my recent visit to the restaurant "La Collina" in Monte Compatri. From the first moment, the great cleanliness of the place immediately catches the eye, creating a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere, cleanliness that is also found in the toilets. The rooms are spacious and cared for in the smallest details, denoting great attention to the comfort of the guests. An element that I particularly appreciated was the beautiful open kitchen that demonstrates the transparency and care in the preparation of the dishes. The large presence of staff, visibly well organized and coordinated, helped make the experience even more pleasant and fluid. The service was impeccable, in particular the presentation of the food with the "Italian" and "Russian" methods highlighted the great professionalism and competence of the waiting staff. Each course was served with elegance and precision, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the service techniques. "La Collina" stands out for its attention to detail, the quality of the service and the refined atmosphere. It is a restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant day enjoying good food and very good service.

Everything very good from the food to the excellent service of the staff if you don't like too much noise... on Thursdays it's better not, the music is a bit too loud.

Excellent, I would say, a nice restaurant and the food is amazing. The Florentine is excellent, I would cut it with wonderful cheese, all delicious.

Excellent very polite staff for very good food

The atmosphere is like a fairytale, a hill with an incredible view. We stayed for two days in this farmhouse near Pitigliano. A big applause and hug to all the very professional and friendly staff who made us feel truly at home. We will be back.

Nice location, very good set menus

Excellent location on the outskirts of Rome. My wife and I had Easter Monday lunch. Very good lunch with quality dishes. Everything from the mountain appetizers to the homemade pasta first courses and the sliced ​​beef are excellent. Absolutely worth trying. Perfect and very kind staff.

Da rivedere molti aspetti 1.Carta dei vini assente 2. Calici per il vino , inesistenti 3.I primi orrendi : la Carbonara oltre che essere fredda , sapeva solo di pecorino e varie , di uovo non si sentiva nulla . Devo però smettere che gli antipasti erano buoni , come anche la ciccia di buona qualità . Locale ristrutturato , l’ho trovato molto accogliente , apprezzabile anche la cucina con vista .

La carne é buona ma purtroppo 2 cose sono molto negative. La prima è l'enorme salone non insonorizzato in cui non si riesce nemmeno a parlare ,tanto è l'eco del vociare. Si va via col mal di testa.... La seconda cosa negativa sono i dolci. Davvero di scadente qualità,non all'altezza dell'ottima carne.
