Etwas abgelegen, wunderschöne Aussicht, sehr authentischer Ort, man fühlt sich wohl hier. Wir wollten nur einen Aperitivo nehmen und sind dann auch für das Nachtessen geblieben. Das Essen ist ganz ok und eher günstig. Der Wein und das Olivenöl waren super, wir haben direkt eingekauft.

Stunning location on the hills, with an excellent view of the sea at sunset, exquisite food. We had an aperitif with two spritz and a well-assorted cutting board, reasonable prices despite the quality being very high.

Aperitif at the ancient oil mill for three from 6:30 pm to 7:40 pm. We missed the amazing sunset on this wonderful terrace with a breathtaking view. Two cutting boards, very high quality and abundant, house-made rosé wine, desserts that are worth at least trying. The place on the hill offers a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hill of Castagneto Carducci that slopes down to the sea. Excellent food, starting from the toasted bridge bathed in a full-flavored oil, obviously home-made (I recommend buying it on site, 5-liter can, great price for great quality). Cutting boards with various cured meats, croutons and cheeses, a journey of flavors! Excellent and friendly welcome and prices certainly with an excellent quality-price ratio. Absolutely to try and enjoy the experience because it is worth it!

Dinner with friends, excellent "tatare tastings"!! Also the other courses all very good, like the cinta and the duck breast. Another special mention the Panna cotta with sheep's milk, something different and special. The interesting wines like their rosé and also the one produced by a cousin of the family that owns the mill. Spectacular view, a panorama to die for. PS: I recommend bringing something to put on your shoulders on evenings with a bit of air...

Great place to get some olive oil by

Went to the restaurant on 2 evenings. Food and service are excellent. In my opinion, dishes around 15 euros are worth every cent. The mixed starter plate was also great and more than enough for 2 people. Since you were sitting outside, it quickly became quite cool in May with sunset at 8:30 p.m. TIP, bring a sweater or blanket.
