Excellent agriturismo with a pool, rooms, and an annex. Breakfast, which is paid separately, is very good, with homemade desserts. For dinner, we enjoyed exceptional meat, reasonably priced; we've never tasted it so good.

A beautiful place nestled in the Umbrian hills, offering total peace and relaxation. The room is spacious, clean, and the cuisine is excellent, using all genuine, home-grown ingredients. A large, beautiful pool—in short, everything you need to recharge. I can't wait to return.

Excellent agriturismo. Nestled in the countryside, it's quiet and peaceful. Guests have access to a swimming pool. Delicious cuisine featuring locally sourced produce. Easy to reach.

Bellissimo!
Incredible spot rooms were cozy and reasonably priced, the food offered at the restaurant was delicious and homely feeling and the service from our hosts made us feel very welcome.
The pool was a necessity during the Italian summer and the view from poolside… wow.
We would return here without a doubt

Absolutely wonderful place, sublime cuisine with traditional homemade dishes, meat from their own farm, vegetables from their garden, and high-quality wines. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The quality-price ratio is unbeatable. Highly recommended!

Very nice...But
We stayed one night with my husband and two children.
The place is beautiful, we had a great time.
The pool was spotless, like the rest of the property.
A few steps from the highway but surrounded by greenery.
The staff was kind and helpful.
One flaw...the room price doesn't include things that are often taken for granted, like towels.
Despite the fact that one should specify this when booking (by phone), €12 for each set of towels (by set, we mean a large and a small shower towel) seems really excessive. And thank goodness we only took two; if we'd had towels for the children, we would have paid €50 more for towels than the room price. I was a little disappointed.

Beautiful property in a very quiet area.
We stayed at this agriturismo and used the pool; everything was wonderful.
The dinner was fantastic and the staff were very friendly.

We found this beautiful place by chance while passing through, near the Fabro motorway exit. Spectacular location with a view of the hills... Very characteristic structure with a swimming pool. We ate typical appetizers, the typical pasta with Chianina ragù and not to mention the Chianina tagliata. I have never eaten such tender meat as this. Very kind staff and really clean structure. We will definitely return, maybe even for an overnight stay.

We have been to this fabulous agriturismo several times and each time we are sad to leave. The facility is well-kept and clean. Nothing is left to chance. The food is excellent and prepared with care, including the meat: I haven't eaten such good meat since I was a child. You can feel all the love, the correct nourishment and the respect towards the cows and chickens ... because even the dishes with eggs are tasty.
This time I leave our thanks in written form to leave a trace of the kindness and welcoming professionalism of Irma, Giulia, Umberto, Attanasio, Arta and Silvia (I hope I haven't forgotten anyone) who in their different roles make the customer feel satisfied and contented to be there.

A few minutes from the highway immersed in peace. Comfortable and clean rooms, swimming pool with panoramic view and fantastic welcome. Very kind and available also towards the needs of my son. We will be back!
