It's the second time I've been there, after a long time, I could see that the first time I ate better, the second less, it seems to me that something has changed in the kitchen. Good food, but the preparation of the dishes is very different. I don't think everything I ate was handcrafted, for example the cream of the pastry for me was cream made with ready-made bags, not bad, but not homemade. Too much use of oil, a lot of oil everywhere in excessive quantities, on the Trofie, on the carrots, on the stewed guinea fowl. Everything too greasy.

Luogo incantevole, rinnovare un luogo mantenendo tutto autentico e curato non è da tutti. La cucina è buonissima e ricca di sapori dell'orto e di allevamento e di tutti i prodotti fatti con cura. Veramente una piacevole esperienza. E il conto? Onestissimo con il pane e i salumi fatti in casa... tutto perfetto anche la grande gentilezza del titolare che si vede ama il suo lavoro. A presto!
