In good company, we ate well. South Tyrolean menu, wonderful location. The dishes are tasty and the portions are generous. The service is friendly and timely, typical of a family-run agriturismo. The vegetables are very tasty and the seasoning is according to tradition...everything was truly delicious.

The first time I came here, I ate ribs that I still dream about at night. I returned determined to get them again, but on the menu that day, I found a roast that piqued my interest... and I was right to order it. It was that roast that convinced me to write this review: you really have to come here. Try it and believe it!

Every time we return to Brixen, we book here! Excellent food! Everyone is very friendly (there's even a play area for kids inside or outside in the summer). Highly recommended!

We dined at Agriturismo Gschlössler twice, both times with the kids, and both experiences were simply wonderful. The food is truly excellent: traditional dishes prepared with great care, top-quality ingredients, and authentic flavors that are evident at first bite. Everything is authentic and well-made, just as you'd expect from a true South Tyrolean agriturismo. Another aspect that really impressed us was the cleanliness: impeccable in every detail, as well as the order and attention to detail. The restaurant is very well-maintained, tastefully furnished, and conveys a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. The welcome was equally special: the staff were kind, helpful, and attentive, even with the kids, making us feel truly at ease. A place you'll gladly return to... and indeed, we did! Highly recommended for those seeking an authentic experience, good food, and a refined, family-friendly atmosphere. 🌿🍽️

Good food, but not quite to my taste.

Excellent traditional Tyrolean recipes. Authentic, high-quality ingredients are used, and each dish is carefully prepared, seasoned, and very comforting. Service is a bit slow, but that's understandable because everything is freshly cooked, and the welcoming atmosphere makes for a pleasant wait.

We stopped at this farmhouse restaurant while passing through and had a really good time! The food was excellent (especially the starters), the gentleman who served us was extremely kind, and the price was excellent. I hope to return soon.
