08/12/2024: There would be quite a bit to write but I will try to be concise. 2 businesses run by the same family which however travel on two completely different tracks. The catering is good. The service of the kids in the room is fast and friendly, also attentive towards our children, despite the tables being almost all occupied. Even the dishes at dinner are served with care and the quality is excellent. As far as we were concerned, the only flaw was that the ordered dishes were not delivered all together. Slightly salty bill. The sore points all come from the B&B service. The place itself is nice, immersed in the countryside among olive trees. The rooms are also nice despite looking very lived in with a bit of mold and marks on the walls. Reservation made on non-refundable Booking. As dog owners since 2018, we take care on every occasion to ensure that every facility we turn to also accepts to host our dog. From the description and services offered which appear on Booking, the structure in question allows pets for a supplement. At check-in at around 1.30pm the owner didn't pay any attention to our dog also because he was in the car, but a few hours later when he met me in the car park as soon as he saw me with my dog ​​he paralysed. He immediately tells me that I hadn't communicated the presence of the animal, even though that's what I've been doing since I owned it and what he tells me seems strange to me. In any case, I nip any type of squabble in the bud and try to reassure the owner about the docile nature and calmness of my dog. He is a 70kg Cane Corso and the gentleman tells me that in the past he has had unpleasant surprises with other large animals in his rooms. I therefore immediately put myself in his shoes as the owner and try to reassure him if at the time of check-out he notices something strange in the room, making myself available for any inconvenience. The rooms: it's December and it's quite cold around here. The only presence of radiators is in the bathroom. In the only room, where the beds are, there isn't even a radiator. There is a convector which however we cannot make work. We then try to contact the owner but without success. In the evening we realize that we are not the only unlucky ones as in the room next to ours, we can clearly hear the sound of the display keys pressed insistently by our roommate for about 20 minutes. He probably couldn't get the convector to work either. My wife makes one last attempt around 10.30pm trying to contact the owner and asking if it was possible to at least have a heater, but she receives no response. In the morning, in the breakfast room where the reception and the owner are also present, after having consumed the meal and noted that there are no options for lactose intolerants, we point out to the latter the inconvenience we have encountered and he responds to us who would have come straight away to check, but that morning the appliance had magically decided to work. I'm not a hotelier and I don't feel like judging anyone who has been doing it for years, but the service that was given to us, starting with the somewhat cold welcome and then moving on to the indifference to our requests, left me a little disappointed. bitter in the mouth.
28/09/2024: Locale esteticamente ben curato. Ha anche una piccola stanza con giochi x i bimbi. Bel giardino esterno, anche questo con dei giochi per bambini. Ho scoperto il locale tramite Fb in quanto mi è apparsa la pubblicità di una "cena con delitto". Diciamo che la frase giusta è "BENE MA NON BENISSIMO". Partiamo dal servizio: ho prenotato il tavolo specificando che c'era un'intollerante al lattosio e ho indicato chi fosse appena arrivati, abbiamo chiesto 2 volte ad una cameriera in cosa consisteva il Fagottino di Mele, se ci fossero tracce di latte o decorazioni con panna o simile e non c'è stato risposto. Finito l'antipasto hanno iniziato in tutti i tavoli a portare primi e secondi. Sono stati serviti tutti tranne noi, nel momento in cui abbiamo notato che praticamente gli altri tavoli avevano finito le proprie portare ho fatto notare la cosa ad una cameriera e dopo 5 minuti c'è arrivato tutto insieme. Inerente al dolce arriva e c'era sia la panna che la crema pasticcera. Alle volte abbiamo chiesto l'acqua più volte prima che ci venisse portata. Non posso neanche dare la colpa al caos, xke eravamo veramente pochi tavoli quella sera. Inerente al prezzo rispetto abbiamo pagato il giusto (secondo me), abbiamo pagato 204 euro (41 a testa) x 3 antipasti, 3 primi, 3 secondi, 5 contorni, 5 dolci e 4 acque.
