My girlfriend and I discovered this restaurant by chance and we had never eaten REAL truffles until then. We had looked at the menu and there were alternatives to truffles. In any case, the owner, an expert truffle hunter, invites us to taste a bruschetta with truffles. At the first bite, my girlfriend and I, amazed by the flavor of the bruschetta, decided to continue with the first and second courses, strictly with truffles! The slightly nutty mushroom flavor captivated us and we can't wait to go back! This place was a wonderful discovery and we can't wait to return!!

What can I say, a place surrounded by nature, excellent quality of food, main ingredient "the truffle" collected by the very nice and prepared owner... Carmine, I suggest vivavente.

È un bellissimo angolo di paradiso, Carmine è una persona deliziosa, appassionata e piena di entusiasmo, ci ha introdotto in una bellissima cultura ricca di tartufi Campani e come questa terra sia ricca di sorprese. Ci siamo lasciati guidare da lui per le pietanze e mai scelta fu più azzeccata. Dagli antipasti al dolce è stato un viaggio ricco di sapori e di delizie, i tartufi locali erano buonissimi, delicatissimi e profumatissimi. Piatti consigliati: gli antipasti con il tartufo (bruschetta, montanara e zuppa di fagioli), le tagliatelle al tartufo e la coppa di maialino nero casertano, chicca assolutamente da assaggiare: caciocavallo con il tartufo.

Excellent food and very welcoming staff

Among the best pizzas in the area, light and easily digestible dough, the truffle one was spectacular, economical prices below average. Carmine will always welcome you with a smile. I highly recommend going there.

We had the pleasure of having lunch at this farmhouse and we would like to express our appreciation not only for the courtesy and professionalism of the staff, but above all for the extraordinary quality of the truffle tagliatelle. A dish with a unique flavor, which allowed us to enjoy a truffle like never before. A sincere compliment to Carmine, whose passion is clearly perceived, from the work in the woods to the care of the dishes served on the table.

I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Fontana del Bosco farmhouse and I can say that it was a truly pleasant experience. The quality of the food is excellent, with particular mention for the truffle dishes, which were simply extraordinary. The truffle was fresh and well showcased, both in taste and in the presentation of the dishes. The environment is welcoming, rustic to the right degree, and makes you feel at home. The staff is kind and attentive, always available to provide advice on dishes and wines to pair with. If you are looking for a place to eat well and enjoy authentic and refined cuisine, the Agriturismo Fontana del Bosco is certainly an excellent choice. I will happily return! Rating: 5/5

Ho finalmente trovato quello che cercavo La location si trova non lontano dal centro di caiazzo ed è facilmente raggiungibile Dispone di un ampio parcheggio e di un addetto al controllo delle macchine Arrivati in sala ci ha accolti Carmine il proprietario, una persona innamorata del suo lavoro e sopratutto dei tartufi … Il menù dispone di una degustazione standard ma c’è possibilità di variare nella scelta delle pietanza . Abbiamo mangiato tutto a base di tartufo nero, montanare , uova ad occhio di bue, bruschette, tagliatelle ed infine il caciocavallo!!! È stato un viaggio gastronomico incredibile , straconsigliato … E sopratutto vi consiglio di chiedere a Carmine di tutto sulla ricerca e sulla raccolta dei tartufi perché lo renderete felice !
