We returned to this farmhouse to taste the Pinsa..... EXCEPTIONAL!!!! AND soft and well seasoned. My favorite is courgette flowers (from their garden) and anchovies. For greed, we took a third Pinsa with sautéed chicory and sausage.... Wonderful!!!! At the end of dinner my husband had coffee and.... delicious (it usually isn't in restaurants) The staff also demonstrated professionalism. So what can I say...CONGRATULATIONS 👏👏👏
