Ingredienti ottimi e lavorazioni semplici ma millimetriche da parte di Chef Filippo Bellintani.
Connubio vincente al fine di rendere protagonista la QUALITÀ nei piatti serviti.
Il tutto supportato da una sala attenta ed in grado di soddisfare al meglio il cliente per quanto riguarda tutte le sue esigenze.
In ultimo, è degna di nota la presenza di una Sommelier in grado di esaltare tutto ciò che esce dalla cucina con abbinamenti enologici di livello.
01/02/2025: I tried this place a little outside Mantua and I did well! Osteria, so to speak, tends much more towards a restaurant both in terms of the type of dishes and above all the elegance of the location, which is truly beautiful and well-kept, as well as equipped with parking
We took some fish fritters, cooked perfectly, then the Agnoli in broth and the octopus.
Really excellent agnoli, I have nothing to say, the only negative note of the evening was the octopus, unfortunately it must have been a slip and with octopus it happens in many places
Excessively hard on the inside and too burnt on the outside, certainly errors both in the low temperature cooking and on the grill, however this error does not invalidate my judgement, I take it as an oversight
For dessert I had what they call "kiss my ass", that is, a dessert of very hard chocolate balls with berry sauce and meringue, first time I've tasted something like this, nice idea, certainly not banal

I would happily stay here again
