We stayed two nights in this beautiful property. Everything is taken care of in detail: the rooms are very comfortable and quiet, the breakfast buffet has a variety of delicious homemade desserts, the heated swimming pool is ideal for ending the day after the various excursions. Saverio is an excellent host, always available and ready to satisfy every request. The ancient mill is the ideal place to escape from the city and immerse yourself in relaxation and nature. We will definitely be back

Magical place, very kind owners, the peace that you experience in that place is unique, in the background the sweet sound of flowing water, a place with attention to the smallest details and which tells... it has a lot to tell to those who know how to listen, the energy which conveys a difficult experience made of sacrifices but with love and devotion, large and airy rooms, with all the comforts, wood and stone give a sense of warmth, careful cleaning, and a tasty breakfast with products made with quality raw materials and above all prepared by the owner with a lot of love, the swimming pool is the place that recalls the mother's womb, where you can let yourself be lulled by the water while your eyes are lost among the geometric shapes of the ceiling. I don't think there's anything to add...in fact, yes Places to visit near hidden gems. Plus the little dog at the entrance who welcomes you with affection. See you soon!

Did not stay overnight but wonderful and original location

Old water mill renovated well maintaining the original footprint. Surrounded by lots of greenery where you can relax after a refreshing swim in the indoor pool. Varied and abundant breakfast; friendly and attentive staff. Excellent location, close to the town whose historic center is worth a visit.

When a holiday becomes a dream We booked this spectacular farmhouse on the advice of a friend of ours, who we will never stop thanking. Our stay was perfect from the welcome to the goodbyes, so much so that we were very sorry to have to leave again. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the rooms, to the cleanliness, to the Roman swimming pool. The breakfast is the best I have ever found, everything is homemade with love and you can taste it in every bite. But what certainly has that extra something that distinguishes them from all the others is the kindness, courtesy and helpfulness of the owners. It felt like we were at home, pampered like family and with a passion that will forever fascinate you. I would say that we RECOMMEND it doesn't do it enough justice.

An old mill that becomes a b and b. A holiday that becomes a break. A breakfast that gives you the opportunity to taste excellent breakfasts. A relaxing indoor swimming pool. If you don't try it, you're a missed opportunity.

Beautiful, truly beautiful! Not a banal place, in my opinion much above average, with an excellent quality/price ratio. We had a very pleasant stay in this ancient mill, well restored and well maintained by the owners who really make you feel like family. The swimming pool created in an ancient follonica is fascinating. We really appreciated breakfast on the porch in the garden (the homemade cakes and jams were really excellent). A true oasis of tranquility.
