A truly exceptional place! The place is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, and you can immediately sense the passion and attention to detail. The welcome is warm and impeccable, making you feel at home from the first moment. The view is simply stunning, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the experience. The dishes are exquisite, prepared with high-quality, authentic, and flavorful local DOC products. Excellent value for money. I should start by saying that, unfortunately, I wasn't able to try the restaurant, so my review only refers to the overnight stay. The place is beautiful and in a very convenient location for the highway. The room is really nice, very spacious, clean... But... The bed is incredibly hard; I couldn't get any rest. Furthermore, the shutters are the kind with fixed slats that don't close completely, allowing light to filter in in the morning... And for someone like me who likes darkness, that's a problem. The bathroom, given the size of the room, is small. The shower only has a showerhead, not a shower arm. I was provided with a hair cap, but that's not a solution I'm a fan of. At least the breakfast was a consolation. The selection wasn't extensive, but the products were good and local. The manager was really kind. It's a property with good potential; it could be improved with a few tweaks.

We stayed in a beautiful property, with a warm and comfortable room and a quiet location. The set dinner menu was excellent value. The breakfast, unfortunately, wasn't like a true farmhouse.

We returned to this farmhouse to celebrate New Year's Eve 2026, and it proved to be an excellent choice. Family-run and producing their own produce. For the holidays, they offer a generous and delicious set menu for €30. We start with a glass of prosecco, followed by various appetizers (various cured meats, cheeses, offal, lentils, eggplant in oil, and mutton stew). First courses: Paccheri with potatoes, sausage, saffron, and provola flakes. Classic lasagna. For the second course, a mixed grill: lamb, sausage, pork steak, and a side salad. To accompany the meal, a drinkable house white wine. Sundries and limoncello. Final bill: €68 for additional takeaway desserts (tiramisu and ricotta-filled cannoli). You can also purchase other products at their "shop." Logistically convenient to reach, 5 km from the Ceprano motorway exit (A1). The service, despite it being a holiday, was fast and professional. Excellent quality food and super abundant

Excellent, for the room, bed, food (shacojazione, what a dinner), and secluded location yet close to the highway entrance. The only complaint is the bathroom, or rather shower, is small and not equipped with the necessary amenities. Without this flaw, it would have been highly rated.
