A beautiful place to relax among vineyards as far as the eye can see. The apartments are comfortable and equipped with everything you need for eating, cooking, washing, and hanging out laundry. In the garden, there's a private gazebo for each apartment with a shaded table and chairs, a barbecue, and several pools, including small ones for children. The staff is very friendly and happy to provide information about the area. I recommend the buffet breakfast because it's full of high-quality products and very varied. There's a small but very nice spa with a stunning view. It's also perfect for families with children, and dogs are welcome everywhere and there's no extra charge. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful, typically Tuscan apartment, we had room 1007. However, it lacked ambiance, for example, through mood lighting. A major drawback was that the sewer vent pipe exited the apartment, causing an occasional sewer smell. Otherwise, the view was fantastic, and the location was also very nice. Breakfast was delicious and the buffet was extensive. The beds were reasonable. We stayed for four days. A rental car is recommended, as there is nothing nearby.

We spent 3 nights at this property. Upon our late arrival, we were greeted warmly and efficiently. The apartments were clean and equipped with everything we needed. Parking and a pool with loungers were available. The only downside: the apartments were poorly soundproofed.

It's a perfect place for family vacation. With many activities and buffet, lovely comfy houses and pools. Perfect location for many exciting day trips such as Volterra, Siena, Firenze others. Highly recommended.

We spent a week at Castellare di Tonda with our 14-year-old daughter and two dogs. The complex is exceptional, as it consists of houses that are partly far apart, so having a car is an advantage. At the same time, this vastness offers a high degree of privacy, with private seating areas and loungers, as well as pool facilities. The entire complex is nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside with its vineyards and golden hills. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The activities, such as wine tasting and tractor rides, were excellent and fun. The food was delicious and we greatly enjoyed the quality and preparation. Only the dessert could be a bit more varied, in our opinion. Our vacation apartment itself was simply furnished and quite old in parts. It certainly needs some gradual modernization. The riding lessons deserve special mention; both the western lessons and the trail rides were very professional and very friendly, led by Constanza and Elsa. We were also pleased with the horses' behavior. Dogs are very welcome there. However, if you have nervous dogs, it's worth mentioning that hunting season begins there in October, and you can hear it loudly. We were able to spend a wonderful week at Castellare, which will stay with us for a long time to come, and we definitely want to repeat it again.

Spectacular. A scattered hotel, in peace, silence, and total and absolute quiet. Anyone seeking peace and serenity should definitely come here. Even the phone signal is minimal. Nestled in the green hills, with endless views and enchanting colors. There are horses (we had a wonderful lesson) and a spa. Very good food, and they also cater to food intolerances. So... top... If possible, I'd revisit the mattress...
