A farmhouse with a beautiful outdoor dining area. We ate very well. Starting with the large antipasto platter, packed with excellent vegetables, we moved on to the artisanal fried snacks and the selection of cured meats and cheeses, from which I expected something more. The fried meatballs are phenomenal! One leads to another. Then we had orecchiette with turnip tops, delicious, flavorful, and well-seasoned, perhaps a little watery if I had to find a downside. This was followed by pieces of horse meat in tomato sauce, delicious meat, and a much-appreciated sauce. Overall, an excellent dinner!

One of the best traditional Italian meals I’ve had in Puglia - highly recommend, all dishes were delicious especially the pastas and beautiful wine. You feel like a local among all the families gathering together. Thankyou!

I dined at Agriturismo Carleo on August 15th with my family and we loved everything: simple but truly excellent home-cooked food, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere.

We return after many years and find the same friendly atmosphere, consistently delicious food, a location surrounded by greenery, and local plants that make everything very pleasant. It was a wonderful memory, now it's a wonderful rediscovery.

We ate in the evening in this magnificent venue, in a garden lit with fairy lights, like a guinguette. It was sublime and very pleasant to eat outside. We had a mixed aperitif, two pizzas, and a pasta dish with wine. All very competitively priced and delicious.
We recommend this place.
