Consigliato

The food was good and plentiful. Almost too much. We were already full after the starters. It's all very cheese-heavy, so you'll quickly get full. My tip is to leave out the bread. The view is the real highlight.
Unfortunately, the road up is not for larger motorhomes. We got up easily with our 6 m panel van, something larger shouldn't go up there. You can leave the cart at the bottom of the church, but the last 1100 m up the mountain on the dusty road is tough. You are overtaken by cars, which kick up a lot of dust. Your clothes won't be clean until you get to the top. In such a case, a pickup service would be great.
There is a star deduction for the lack of a toilet seat and the inability to lock the door in the men's toilet. But that seems to be normal in Italy.

We spent a truly pleasant evening at this farmhouse, immersed in a breathtaking view and in a romantic setting. The dinner took place outdoors, and the staff thought of every detail for our comfort: they even offered me a blanket to protect me from the evening coolness, a truly appreciated gesture.
The menu is fixed at €50 and includes still water and house wine.
We started with a rich appetizer that ranged from olives, pecorino cream with carasau bread, fried aubergines, cured meats, cheeses, chickpeas with rosemary and fresh ricotta in two variations, both very good.
The courgette carpaccio is also interesting, along with specialties such as canonao sausage, coratella and mazza frissa.
The first courses were a hymn to Sardinian tradition: the Gallura soup, the gnocchi with purpedda ragù, with a unique flavour, and the ricotta ravioli.
For the second course, the classic roast pig accompanied by crispy potatoes, followed by a sweet ending with a delicious, perfectly balanced seadas, together with coffee and the traditional Sardinian digestives, filu and ferru and mirto, which closed the dinner in style.
An evening that left us with the flavor of Sardinia!

It was recommended to me by friends who came here on holiday. Have been back 3 times in 3 years so I absolutely had to come and visit.
On the phone Gian Maria is a bit hasty and asks for a deposit of €50 to confirm the booking (unfortunately understandable, he told me that he had many people who didn't show up), but when you arrive on site he proves to be an excellent host house. Congratulations also to your very kind colleagues.
The farmhouse works with a fixed menu at a cost of €50 consisting of 17 courses: 11 starters, 3 first courses, 1 second course, dessert, water, wine, coffee and coffee killer. Everything is brought in the right portions to get you through the dinner and an encore is also offered.
Everything was truly EXCELLENT and DELICIOUS! The mazzafrissa was an incredible discovery. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the tripe, but this was due to my personal taste.
The place is small (40-50 seats) distributed between the panoramic terrace and the internal room equipped with large windows. If bad weather arrives, the place on the terrace may disappear.
The road to get there is an uphill dirt road and is not lit, so proceed with caution.
Really pleasant experience in a nice place and eating extremely well. To return!
Congratulations to Gian Maria and all his staff!

Primi superlativi ,malloreddus e ravioli .
Grazie mille e ancora complimenti
