My husband and I decided to give ourselves 3 days to escape from the frenzy of everyday life and we found this enchanting place, a few kilometers from Acquapendente. A romantic place, with breathtaking landscapes where you can breathe peace and tranquility, with incredible starry skies, which you no longer see in the city. An ideal place to visit the magnificent places in the area, such as Orvieto, Bolsena, Civita di Bagnoregio, Pitigliano and many others. The apartments are large, bright and super clean, equipped with all comforts. When we woke up, in the garden there were many beautiful kittens and a little further on, two wonderful donkeys Sole and Flavio. A huge thank you to mother Diana who made us find a donut and a tart made by her, simply divine!!!!!!!! and to her daughter Elisabetta, very nice!!!! who gave us excellent advice on places to visit and delicious restaurants, with typical dishes of the area, which have an excellent quality/price ratio. Superb farmhouse in a strategic and convenient position for visiting the attractive destinations of the crossroads area between Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria. Immersed in the quiet and greenery, it offers typical farmhouses full of every comfort, with attention to detail and characteristic appearance. It is family run and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The owner Elisabetta is very kind, helpful and invaluable for suggestions on places to visit and typical restaurants in the area.

Santangelo is a really beautiful place to quietly enjoy nature and culture in Umbria. The pool alone is worth the trip! From there you have a wonderful view of the surrounding area. Elisabetta, the hostess, looks after her guests in a touching and energetic manner. Your recommendations were always perfect. We would never have discovered most of it ourselves. From SantAngelo you can reach a variety of attractions in 30-60 minutes. We felt very comfortable.
