A Spanish dinner was arranged upon request, from appetizers to dessert, accompanied by sangria. Everything was magnificently perfect! Meticulous attention to detail, top-quality ingredients, and then watching the paella being prepared before your eyes... simply breathtaking! We'd definitely do it again, giving the chef carte blanche to choose the dishes.
