A pre-Christmas dinner with friends and some of the children. The golden rule is to let yourself be guided by Daniele who, even for me who has a great problem with dairy products, has found superlative alternatives to the proposals designed for the evening. We were all pleasantly impressed by the evening: the food and the chatter and the great willingness to meet our needs. Thanks for everything and keep it up!! We will definitely return for other occasions.

We went to this restaurant for the first time, we were very satisfied with Daniele's cuisine who, with the professionalism of a high cooking school, delighted us with excellent dishes starting with a series of starters, two first courses, a second course and a fantastic dessert and all made with self-produced raw materials. And all accompanied with a delicious red wine.

Su consiglio di amici abbiamo provato per la prima volta questo agriturismo.I proprietari Daniele e compagna ci hanno messo subito a nostro agio spiegando come funziona il locale.Cena fantastica senza menù alla carta, d'altronde non avevamo dubbi viste le precedenti recensioni, tutto buonissimo dall' antipasto al dolce,bravi torneremo presto.

The owners welcome you into a real "apartment"!
Excellent dinner, we started with a rich appetizer of cured meats, cheeses and a trio of bruschetta. Afterwards you can choose between a real Genoese minestrone (spoon-proof) and borage ravioli. Fantastic roast beef with potatoes and to finish, a delicious almond semifreddo with melted bitter chocolate. Top quality/price ratio.
Finally we really appreciated the kindness of the managers! Well done guys keep it up!!

A spectacular rustic place, immersed in the greenery of Val Cichero, with a truly evocative atmosphere.
The dishes are really of excellent quality.
Highly recommended.
Ideal for outdoor parties, birthdays, etc.

Dinner at Ape Bianca was a unique experience. Mind you, there is no menu. Instead, you immediately fall into a binding trust with Daniele who gently takes you through a culinary journey, from starter to dessert. Daniele's passion for genuine produce and food is contagious, and well proven by each delicacy, a concotion of flavours that melted in your mouth at each bite. Dinner was simply superb and the wine went well along with it. This was a dining experience so rare in these days of fast food corporations. A true gem.
