Walk from Marilleva 1400 to get to the high mountain hut, a beautiful walk in the shade in the woods, doable both with and without snowshoes, depending on the snow cover. Not dangerous, there is about a 400m difference in altitude, first uphill and halfway down the route, pleasantly downhill

Fixed stop after a day looking for mushrooms! Wonderful view, helpful staff (a little slow) local food, very good, with generous portions!

Reachable from Lago dei Caprioli. The mountain hut is still active, you can see the dairy production. We had a snack and enjoyed it very much. We will be back for sure.

Oltre che dalla location siamo stati attirati dal "tagliere di salumi e affettati + spritz 8€", così ci siamo fermati per un aperitivo. Ci hanno portato un tagliere misto a testa con la possibilità di scegliere tra un aperol spritz, un hugo, birra o calice di vino. Tutto buono, sia il tagliere sia il cocktail, e in più cameriere molto gentile.

Wonderful place, absolutely worth going. Nice, friendly and approachable staff; we stayed a few days and on the busiest days the wait was rewarded with good food and excellent dairy products.

Nice mountain hut with the possibility to eat and see how they make cheese and milk. It's a shame there is little free space to picnic alone without buying food at the mountain hut

Buona malga prima del lago dei caprioli. Mangiato bene, porzioni abbondanti e ben presentate. Un po' più cara della media.

27/01/2025: Extremely welcoming and friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. The spa is very beautiful, included in the price of the stay. Quiet location. Only flaw, slightly small room.

04/04/2025: Capitati un po' per caso abbiamo apprezzato l’ambiente e soprattutto i deliziosi hamburger, oltre all’ottima birra. Un po' deludenti invece, al di là degli effetti scenografici, i dolci. I prezzi sono altini, ma la qualità li giustifica. Consigliato.
19/11/2024: Il cibo è buonissimo e veramente geniale per concezione, abbinamenti e presentazione. Memorabile il Say Cheese, servito con siringa di formaggio fuso (il miglior cheeseburger che io abbia mai mangiato) e ottimo il tiramisù alla nocciola (servito in una moka fumante!). Ottima anche la birra. Servizio molto gentile, prezzi buoni (ottimi con lo sconto di The Fork). Due soli difetti: dopo una cena al piano superiore i nostri abiti erano impregnati di odore di cibo e, soprattutto, è fastidiosa la quantità di gente che sosta col bicchiere in mano appena oltre la soglia e davanti al balcone, rendendo difficoltosi ingresso/accoglienza e pagamento del conto.
